My relative is well looked after and seems happy here. She is a little frustrated at not having some small things which she would like to make her stay here better. If this could be looked into, that would be great.
Thank you.
From start to finish, the care with which my father was received at the home was superb. All staff who I have come into contact with have been very good - all very kind and compassionate at all times. Especially four members of staff in particular. The facilities are superb and my father enjoys the food.
Thank you for the positive words, we strive to provide only the best care for our residents. We will relay your message to the Kailash team.
As a frequent visitor, I always felt a sense of calm as the staff would go out of their way to help. This creates a nice environment which can only enhance the experience of the residents. I would highly recommend Kailash Manor.

It's only been a few days since our grandson has come to Kailash Manor but the experience so far has been great. From coming to view the home all the way to welcoming her in. The day activities are great and the best part is that dogs are welcome, so she can meet her favourite great-grandson!

We take great pride in ensuring we deliver high-quality care and facilities to make a difference to our residents and their families lives. Therefore, all pets are welcome at our home, no matter how big or small!
Our grandma has been here for a few days so far and has settled in really well. The level of care and support from all the staff has been great, not to mention the food and all the activities. Best of all, we were allowed to bring our puppy, her favourite grandson, to visit her and join in with Saturday morning Bhajans!
The team here at Kailash Manor would, firstly, like to thank you for your kind words. We strive, as a team, to work closely with our residents so we can provide the very best care for each individual in our home, and we are glad Grandma can see her favourite grandson more often!

The care home is absolutely lovely. All the staff are so caring and attentive. You are welcome at the home at any time to visit and staff take the time to speak to you when you ask for anything. Residents have some great activities and can participate in games/activities daily. They celebrate all the festivals - religious and others with residents, which is great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Recommend this home to everyone.
