Well-trained staff, caring and polite. Lots of food choices and residents are treated with dignity. All facilities there, including activities, hair/beauty and exercises. High standard of care. Best wishes for the future. Culture appropriate, temple is beautiful.

The care home is absolutely lovely. All the staff are so caring and attentive. You are welcome at the home at any time to visit and staff take the time to speak to you when you ask for anything. Residents have some great activities and can participate in games/activities daily. They celebrate all the
festivals - religious and others with residents, which is great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Recommend this home to everyone.

So far, my father has been treated with care and compassion. The home is beautiful and clean and the staff are wonderful.

We have been very well looked after by all the staff at Kailash Manor Care Home. From the day that my relative was moved here, she felt welcome. The well-being coordinator conducted a prayer for her and all the staff catered to her needs. Moreover, the venue itself is tastefully decorated and beautifully

My mother-in-law has been a resident in the home for a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier with the care so far.
All the staff are so kind and supportive and nothing is too much trouble for them, we are truly grateful to them for showing such compassion and respect.
The icing on the cake has
been the fact that the care home helped us organise a little family party for my son's 9th Birthday at the care home so that my mother-in-law could join in the celebrations! Thank you!
