We have moved my mum in the last 4 weeks due to her loss of mobility.
She has settled well.
We are very happy with her stay here.
Also, we are very very happy with the manager.
All the nurses are so well and really go out of their way to make all residents happy and treated well.

The service of all the staff has been excellent, everyone is attentive. Our grandma is taken care of really well and we are happy she is spending her last few days here. The atmosphere and ambience is really nice and we are happy to see her comfortable here.

It's only been a few days since our grandson has come to Kailash Manor but the experience so far has been great. From coming to view the home all the way to welcoming her in. The day activities are great and the best part is that dogs are welcome, so she can meet her favourite great-grandson!

Our grandma has been here for a few days so far and has settled in really well. The level of care and support from all the staff has been great, not to mention the food and all the activities. Best of all, we were allowed to bring our puppy, her favourite grandson, to visit her and join in with Saturday

The care home is absolutely lovely. All the staff are so caring and attentive. You are welcome at the home at any time to visit and staff take the time to speak to you when you ask for anything. Residents have some great activities and can participate in games/activities daily. They celebrate all the
festivals - religious and others with residents, which is great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Recommend this home to everyone.

So far, my father has been treated with care and compassion. The home is beautiful and clean and the staff are wonderful.

We have been very well looked after by all the staff at Kailash Manor Care Home. From the day that my relative was moved here, she felt welcome. The well-being coordinator conducted a prayer for her and all the staff catered to her needs. Moreover, the venue itself is tastefully decorated and beautifully

My mother-in-law has been a resident in the home for a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier with the care so far.
All the staff are so kind and supportive and nothing is too much trouble for them, we are truly grateful to them for showing such compassion and respect.
The icing on the cake has
been the fact that the care home helped us organise a little family party for my son's 9th Birthday at the care home so that my mother-in-law could join in the celebrations! Thank you!

Gibson began his journey with TLC Care in October 2020 at Carlton Court Care Home as a Pre-Registered Nurse. With continuous support and mentorship, he achieved his Registered Nurse qualification and progressed to Unit Manager, then Practice Development Lead at Candlewood House. In these roles he led clinical standards, mentored staff, delivered training, and worked with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care quality and outcomes.

Anita has joined TLC Care, hailing from the public sector. She has spent the past 8 years working in the NHS as a Complex Discharge Coordinator, working to facilitate safe and timely transfers from the acute back into the community.


As a BDM at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to support prospective residents and their families to find a home away from home here at Kailash. Prioritising the needs and preferences of each individual and ensuring a personalised stay is curated with them in mind, Anita will work closely with prospective and newly settled residents to make Kailash their forever home. The ultimate objective of the work of the BDM is to be the first example of TLC's values of Truth, Love and Compassion.

Job Title: Performance Development Lead

Sheila is a Registered Nurse in the UK, with experience as a trainer and lecturer for carers and nurses in the care home setting. As a PDL at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to proactively support all team members with the full provision of learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers, learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is in line with our TLC values of Truth, Love and Compassion.


Sheila is committed in supporting the Learning and Development of all team members to ensure that they deliver the highest standards of care, as well as promote the choices and individual needs of the residents, making Kailash Manor Care Home a happy environment for residents and team members alike.
