What can I say!!! The staff of the facility are the most caring individuals I have ever seen. They have so much patience to deal with the residents of the facility. Overall Experience

Karuna has been a wonderful place for my mother who came here a year ago almost on her death bed but now if you see her she is full of life and enjoys the activities and also the activities and outings. Recently, she attended 2 outings at the leisure centre.

Overall Experience

My family and myself cannot speak highly enough of Candlewood House. The atmosphere throughout is so warm and friendly, and the care from all the staff excellent. The food is excellent, with well planned and nutritious ingredients, and beautifully served. I would also like to add how spotlessly clean.

Overall Experience

Came to visit a close family friend, was greeted by a lovely receptionist and the reception area looked like a gorgeous hotel! No funny smells, everyone so friendly, rooms were lovely and dining rooms, look liked staff went the extra mile with flowers on the table! All these details make such a difference.

I wish all care homes were like this one!

Overall Experience

We didn't know that care homes like Candlewood existed! The staff are warm, diligent and charming towards my mother, who has a fracture. The building and interiors are very well maintained and well designed - apparently it was completely refurbished in 2021 - and my mother's visitors have all commented

on how it ressembles a designer country hotel. We've been happy with the different activities that are put on, and my mother has surprisingly joined in with most of them! Candlewood have made it easy for her to feel safe, she is so well looked after; and as an ex healthcare professional, she is not easy to impress!

Overall Experience

We visited Kailash Manor care on Sunday to celebrate our friend 94 th birthday with family and friends .
We were welcomed by all staff nd the care approach given to our dear friend was just wonderful to see .
The staff were welcoming ,engaging and thoughtful in all aspects , this is how ALL homes should

be .
Nothing was too much trouble , meeting the needs of each individual with respect and dignity that is needed for our loved ones.
With this in mind it gives families confidence and trust in the care home to care of their elders .
So thank you and long may it continue .

Hope to visit our friend again soon .

Candlewood House is the best care home I have ever visited and I have been to quite a few with two parents living in care homes for years. Our experience at Kailash was exceptional. Our grandma was treated with most respect care attention and dignity. The staff made this such a supportive yet fun nurturing experience for our whole family, and it really felt like a home during such a difficult time. Nothing was too much for the staff and

they granted us as much freedom to spend with our beloved grandma, and made sure they would find out all the relevant information to answer our questions. My grandmas passing was spiritual peaceful and holistic environment she would have worked. All her religious needs were met.
