My wife and I cannot fault the warmth and sincere approach shown by all staff after the admission of my dying father to the home. He was attended to most professionally by all. We were however, somewhat disappointed that it was at least 2 days after his death, that verbal confirmation was provided to
us that his body had been transferred to the undertaker. To note that his death did occur over a bank holiday weekend but your internal systems (including attendance of GP) to certify death should accommodate holiday periods.

Our mother moved to Candlewood House after she suffered a stroke in Summer 2025. We were so impressed by the devoted care provided by all the staff at the Candlewood; carers, nurses, kitchen staff, cleaners, office staff and management. Our mother was left with multiple basic care needs. The staff not
only gently supported her with her basic needs, they treated her with such kindness and respect, helping her to communicate and participate in all activities. Thank you so much for your love and patience.

Candlewood House exceeds al of my expectations. My aunt arrived ona bank holiday weekend, but you would never have known that. Staff greeted her warmly with great kindenss and respect. On day one, all staff remembered not only her name but mine. Staff went out of their way to bake a birthday cake for
her 90th and sung to her. I feel incredibly fortunate to leave my auntie in the careful, kind and thoughtful care of Candlewood House staff.

Our mum moved to Kailash Manor Care Home shortly after Easter following a hospital stay and a difficult experience at another care home where the standard of care was poor. Naturally, we were very anxious about how she would settle, especially as she has mixed dementia. However, from the moment she
arrived, the team at Kailash Manor have been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Mum has settled far better than we could have hoped and now feels safe, happy, and secure, which means so much to our family. It has been wonderful to see her joining activities, eating well again, and smiling more. The improvement in her wellbeing has been remarkable. We are especially grateful for the respect shown towards her cultural and spiritual needs, including appropriate meals and support with temple visits. We truly appreciate the dignity, compassion, and exceptional care shown by every member of staff.

The staff that are in the care home they all try to understand the needs of the patients and their families. They give patients families, their freedom e.g tea & coffee etc. Every member of staff they greet the guests with a smile and open arms the relationship between the staff and the guests are amazing.
my family & I appreciate everything they they do for my family member. The care homeis very clean and tidy etc. Overall, my review of the care home is fantastic and brilliant. Thank you for everything I would like to thank Ric for his amazing support.

After 5 weeks in hospital I was moved into Carlton Court. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. My room was very good, comfortable & staff made sure I had all I needed for my stay. It was a difficult period in my life. I was here for 3 months & in that time the staff made sure that I had everything
I needed. Apart from the pain etc it was like a holiday. In the 3 months I started to feel like my old self & I was very sad to leave & go home to an empty flat. I will never forget my stay & all the help they gave me.

My dad came to Carlton Court for end of life care nearly a year ago. he was very very poorly and the staff looked afte him at Carlton Court so well that he surviced and got back to good health. Tina, Josh and all the nurses and carers were an absolute pleasure to be around, and worked very hard. Carlton
Court gets five stars from me for caring, and being a fabulous care/nursing home.

Can't say enough about this lovely care home, the staff are a ray of sunshine, always smiling and caring, willing to talk and explain things. My mum is very happy here and always saying how lovely everyone is, so much so that I'm thinking of putting my name down (a fair few years yet). The food is excellent,
and its nice to see they have menus. Mum says its better than a 5 star hotel, and I have to agree. Well done Candlewood House.

I am happy to provide a positive review for this care home. My relation has been here as a resident since July 2025. During this time she has been well cared for, made to feel welcome, safe and secure. She is encouraged to participate in daily activities and hence has developed a close knit circle of
friends. Us as a family are happy wtih the level of care she receives staff are helpful and friendly.

Aniter helped my sister with the hardest challenge of getting her into this home. My mother was cared for compassionately with dignity and her faith was very well respected when carers greeted her and cared for her. The management team are focused and present to ensure their mission is carried out in
a positive, caring environment for staff, residents, and their families. Bhavna was exceptional in helping our family through the difficult last days and always upbeat and approachable. Nurses Shobi, Margaret and Mithuna delivered amazing care and empathy. Ritu treated my mom like her mother which was very comforting.

My mum, Margaret, has been at Candlewood for 3 years and 4 months. She celebrated her 100th birthday in February 2026. She is very happy. So are we!
Extremely caring staff who go the extra mile to ensure mum has brilliant, respectful care. The home is beautiful without feeling like a hotel or too
sterile.
I would like to highly commend Mariella and the Wellness team. Mum was very 'closed off' due to deafness and was failing cognitively. We found a new device- headphones which amplify- which are so good. Mariella takes the time and effort to get mum involved in activities with the other residents- she gently won't take no for an answer- and the improvement is immense. No laziness here, just gently persuasion and care.

Since arriving at Karuna Manor in January almost on her deathbed, my mum's health is now improving by the day and she is regaining her strength. My mother is a resident here, joined on Mon 03/11/25 just before her 90th birthday, after a stroke, bleeding on the brain and was non-verbal. However it is Fri 27/02/26 I write this Mum does talk a little, interacts, hears and listens more since coming here. There are over 11 staff who have helped and
continue to help care for my mum. The staff, management here are amazing, caring, treat both residents and family with utmost respect. You all deserve more than 5, amazing place and staff.

From the moment my father was transferred to Karuna Manor we were very happy with the welcome he received. Since he has been here the staff have been amazing, very caring and supportive to his needs. The management and nurses keep me regularly updated to his condition and any changes in them. We had
chosen Karuna Manor through recommendations and also through word of mouth reviews and I am happy to say that we are not disappointed at all. Well done to all the team at Karuna Manor.

Most wonderful nursing home, very caring staff, always going above their duties to help everybody, residents and visitors alike. Nothing was too much for them. The staff were always very happy and very polite. Very clean, excellent rooms. I cannot thank them enough for all the care my husband was given
during the time he spent there. Wonderful staff even down to the cleaners and laundry staff.
