I cannot praise Candlewood's carers highly enough. I was so happy and relieved to see my dear friend residing in a home with such caring and dedicated staff. There was a feeling of warmth and care each time I visited. On top of that, Candlewood Home is recently built, nicely furnished and sparkling
clean. I hope the company value their caring staff because they really are their best asset!

The experience is amazing. Staff very caring, very supportive. The care mum is receiving is excellent. All members of staff are very friendly from reception, office & manager. I go home happy in the knowledge that mum is safe & cared for. Staff are always informing me & keeping me up to date with mums

All though my Mother was only there for a week or so, she was treated with care & respect from all the staff, they couldn't have mae her anymore comfortable nothing was too much trouble for them. They management made all the family feel at ease as if we where part of there family allways very welcome

Overwhelmingly welcoming & friendly staff! They took the time to make a personal introduction and provided useful information about my grandma. The facilities were clean throughout & visitors were catered for. My grand-mother only has positive views of the facilities & staff.

We are absolutely delighted with the way our mother was treated. She came in unable to walk or stand and is walking out 8 weeks later, having made a complete recovery. All the staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. We would not hesitate in recommending
Carlton Court to anybody in need of care, either permanently or for respite.
We cannot thank you enough.

My father settled into life at Candlewood House immediately. He receives excellent, friendly care, and he has a lovely circle of friends amongst his fellow residents. The room are bright, cheerful, welcoming and homely, and the programme of entertainment offers something of interest for all. Moving
my father to Candlewood really was the best decision, and he hasn't looked back. He is safe, happy and cared for to a very high level, and it is a wonderful place to visit him.

I found my 3-week respite at Candlewood a very pleasant transition between hospital and home. Life has changed dramatically for my father since moving into Candlewood House. He is surrounded by caring, cheerful staff in a safe and beautiful environment. The design of the home lends well to socialisation, and my father has made friends. There are a varied range of activities which he enjoys.
I continue to be impressed by the professional staff and the warm, caring environment.

My husband resided at Carlton Court from Jan 2023 until May 2025. The management and staff had become a second family to my husband and myself. The love and care shown to us was exceptional, my son and I have nothing but praise for everyone at Carlton Court, from the nurses/activities/carers/cleaners/cooks
all the staff. I am just sad that I am not allowed to name them personally, they are now my friends, and made my husband's last years with dementia a little easier. Amazing people! xxx

My aunt was only at Carlton Court for two weeks before she passed, but during that time, she was happy and very well cared for. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed her. It brought great comfort to know she was in such good hands.
