His talents as a singer, often in the entrance area/open area, clearly entertain people who enjoy the positive atmosphere promoted. Today the quizz he led was interesting & triggered the memory. The production of "Daily Sparkle" is to be commended as is the promotion of music at the bedside. These interventions promote the quality of life of the residents. Thank you all.

Every member of staff is considerate, supportive, understanding + professional.

We are leaving Cuffley Manor for the last time, after our mother passed away peacefully. She stayed for a little over three years. During that time, while she missed her home, she never had a complaint or asked for a change. Breakfast in bed wasn't a treat, it was an everyday privilege. She very much enjoyed the activities until at 97 she was unable to participate. The care she received was excellent at all times especially towards the end when it was exceptional.

Full of trepidation I arrived at Cooperscroft to await the arrival of my husband from hospital. From the very first moment my fears were allayed. We were treated with kindness and empathy. Super care. My husband has been brilliantly looked after and all his needs catered for. I could not ask for better attention. All my queries have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The staff are first class. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you Cooperscroft.

My parents were both residents at Cuffley Manor at the same time. They settled in well and were so supported by all the staff. The care they received was exceptional. Sadly they have both now passed away but Cuffley Manor holds special memories for me.

Mum has been a resident since the end of last year. The staff helped her to settle in and she has been very well looked after. The social & nursing care have had a hugely beneficial impact on mum. She is brighter in spirit and very happy. It is an excellent care home with great staff.

Cooperscroft has been fantastic for my wife has been looked after very well. Staff are great always have a welcome smile.

My father and his wife have been here for about 9 months. Although saddened to leave their home they have settled in well. The environment is very pleasant, the staff are great and they are well entertained. They enjoy the food and the cafe is a great area to meet a constant stream of friends & relations! It is a great relief to know they are safe and happy.

I would like to thank all the staff at Cooperscroft for making the transition from hospital, for my father, a seamless one. Dawn was especially helpful in what was a difficult time. I now have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. It is a lovely nursing home, very clean, comfortable and all the staff are wonderful, and very helpful. They are very dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. They are not only compassionate to the residents, but to their families also. Totally recommend.

I am truly amazed at how fantastic this place is. I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world and Cuffley Manor I have to say are right up there with the best of them on every level! Mum and I had private dinning and everything was superb! The chef met as and sat us in a beautiful room with stunning views. The food and service was superb. Everything everywhere looks brand new and perfect. The staff throughout smile and don't hesitate to help. I honestly believe this must be the best care home in the country and its such a relief to know mum is being treated so well. They made us feel like royalty it doesn't feel like a care home its like a deluxe 5 star all inclusive.

Cooperscroft provides excellent support in a friendly and positive environment. I'm very pleased and comforted knowing that Dad is under their care.

Our stepmother was sadly in Cooperscroft Care Home for a short time, but we could not have wished for anywhere nicer for her to spend her last days. The staff were all so caring and kind, the entertainment and facilities were great and varied, the food and layout of the dining room were always nice and she had a perfect en suite room which was made to be like home with photos and personal items. Cooperscroft is amazing. The staff are fabulous, friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. The care my mum gets is top class, the doctor and nurses are helpful and knowledgeable. We feel more than happy to leave mum in the care of these fabulous people.

The care mum has received since arriving has been amazing. She is happy, comfortable and safe. Communication is great. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are always willing to help.

I have been visiting this care home since August (5 days a week) and in all my visits everyone has made me feel very welcome and I have seen how well everyone works together to give the residents the very best care that they all deserve. This care home has been the best I have ever experienced in all the homes I have been to visit and I would like them all to be thanked for all their good work.
