I am truly amazed at how fantastic this place is. I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world and Cuffley Manor I have to say are right up there with the best of them on every level! Mum and I had private dinning and everything was superb! The chef met as and sat us in a beautiful room
with stunning views. The food and service was superb. Everything everywhere looks brand new and perfect. The staff throughout smile and don't hesitate to help. I honestly believe this must be the best care home in the country and its such a relief to know mum is being treated so well. They made us feel like royalty it doesn't feel like a care home its like a deluxe 5 star all inclusive.

Friendly, attentive and professional, the team at Cooperscroft provides much needed support to Dad. The accommodation and facilities are excellent, and the staff take great care to be positive and helpful. The food is of very high quality and the carers quickly alternate between providing meals in the
dining room or to Dad's room. Communication with Cooperscroft has been smooth, and the team has always been willing to listen and quick to offer solutions. Living overseas complicates contact with Dad, but the team is always on hand to ensure that we can talk to each other.
Cooperscroft provides excellent support in a friendly and positive environment. I'm very pleased and comforted knowing that Dad is under their care.

Our stepmother was sadly in Cooperscroft Care Home for a short time, but we could not have wished for anywhere nicer for her to spend her last days. The staff were all so caring and kind, the entertainment and facilities were great and varied, the food and layout of the dining room were always nice
and she had a perfect en suite room which was made to be like home with photos and personal items. Thank you all so much

Cooperscroft is amazing. The staff are fabulous, friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. The care my mum gets is top class, the doctor and nurses are helpful and knowledgeable. We feel more than happy to leave mum in the care of these fabulous people.

I have been very pleased and impressed by the quality of the care and facilities. The staff, at all levels, are excellent. They have made a difficult time for all of us a relatively easy transition. It is expensive but one can see why.

The care mum has received since arriving has been amazing. She is happy, comfortable and safe. Communication is great. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are always willing to help.

I have been visiting this care home since August (5 days a week) and in all my visits everyone has made me feel very welcome and I have seen how well everyone works together to give the residents the very best care that they all deserve. This care home has been the best I have ever experienced in all
the homes I have been to visit and I would like them all to be thanked for all their good work. Finally I would definitely recommend this care home to all my family and friends.

What a lovely home. Dad is well looked after and we are all much happier and less stressed knowing that he is being beautifully cared for. Food is excellent and although Dad isn't making full use of the entertainment on offer it's good to know we can all take part if we want too.
Dads rooms in spacious,
comfortable and clean with a lovely outlook over the garden. Staff are caring and attentive. We have already made use of the cinema room on a couple of occasions for a family viewing of a Spurs football match! Highly recommended.

Cooperscroft is a lovely home. From the moment Mum arrived, the staff have been super helpful and caring. It's the first time Mum has needed care, but the transition from independent living to living here has been really easy. The location and the view is lovely and every single member of staff has
been wonderful, at times spending hours with Mum helping her individually. I wasn't worried at all leaving Mum there - the staff gave me the confidence that they genuinely care for the residents.

When my sister could no longer be looked after in her own home, she selected Cooperscroft care home as her final residence, having visited it some time before. Sadly she only had a few weeks to enjoy the enhanced quality of life it granted her. Sincere thanks to all the staff for their patience and

Bob is my Uncle and my brother and our family's went to celebrate Bobs 100th Birthday a week before his actual Birthday which was on the 11th Sept. The Staff were incredible ! . Caring towards Bob and nothing was too much. The set up the Garden room with ballon's, table cloths and serviettes. They made
our celebration with Bob so very Happy.

Care staff at Cuffley Manor have been helpful and accommodating for my grandparent and my family. Working within the NHS myself, I have experienced a range of care homes and facilities, managers and staff have been observed to have been caring, professional and working in line with CQC and other legislation.
I feel very comfortable and reassured that the workers look after my grandparent to the best of their ability.

Cooperscroft Croft Care Home is an amazing home. The care that they gave my mother over the past three years has been more than we could have wished for.
All the managers, nurses and carers are so caring and they could not do enough for my mother and us when we visited.
They attended her funeral and
we also held her wake at the home, which was so lovely and what mum would have wanted.
We can't thank the staff enough for all that they did for mum and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cooperscroft Croft Care Home.

Our dad lived a full and happy life at Cooperscroft for 10 years until he passed away this month. Cooperscroft is a very special place and for dad and for all of us it felt like home. The management team, nurses, care staff and all the admin/support teams are outstanding. Dad was treated with respect,
kindness, dignity and love. Over the years, he took a full part in all the activities and was a keen member of the residents' committee. He made many friends both with fellow residents, the staff and other families of residents. His opinions were valued and his input on various matters from menus to activities were taken on board. We enjoyed many family meals, Christmas's and birthdays at Cooperscroft and were always so very glad that we had found such a caring home. We thank every single member of the team for everything they did to support him and also us along the way.

The residents all seem to be really happy here and we love to visit and join in the activities and walk around the lovely gardens. I'm so sorry I missed the opera singer today but everyone said what a fantastic afternoon it was.

Cuffley Manor is like a 5 star hotel. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and welcoming, from the management to the cleaners. The gardens are beautiful. They always kept me updated on my Mum and asked if I wanted any input on her care. There are always activities and outings including a Christmas
fair in conjunction with the local children's nursery and a cheese and wine tasting event for the residents. This is the only care home I have been to that does not smell.
