We are leaving Cuffley Manor for the last time, after our mother passed away peacefully. She stayed for a little over three years. During that time, while she missed her home, she never had a complaint or asked for a change. Breakfast in bed wasn't a treat, it was an everyday privilege. She very much enjoyed the activities until at 97 she was unable to participate. The care she received was excellent at all times especially towards the end when it was exceptional.
Dear Neil,
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We are deeply sorry for the loss of your mother and send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. It was a privilege to care for your mum over the past three years. We are so pleased to know that she felt comfortable at...
My parents were both residents at Cuffley Manor at the same time. They settled in well and were so supported by all the staff. The care they received was exceptional. Sadly they have both now passed away but Cuffley Manor holds special memories for me.

It means so much to know that Cuffley Manor holds such special memories for you and your family and our door is always open whenever you would like to visit Cuffley Manor.
My father and his wife have been here for about 9 months. Although saddened to leave their home they have settled in well. The environment is very pleasant, the staff are great and they are well entertained. They enjoy the food and the cafe is a great area to meet a constant stream of friends & relations! It is a great relief to know they are safe and happy.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. I have been visiting this care home since August (5 days a week) and in all my visits everyone has made me feel very welcome and I have seen how well everyone works together to give the residents the very best care that they all deserve. This care home has been the best I have ever experienced in all the homes I have been to visit and I would like them all to be thanked for all their good work. Care staff at Cuffley Manor have been helpful and accommodating for my grandparent and my family. Working within the NHS myself, I have experienced a range of care homes and facilities, managers and staff have been observed to have been caring, professional and working in line with CQC and other legislation. I feel very comfortable and reassured that the workers look after my grandparent to the best of their ability.

Your words mean even more considering your experiencing of visiting homes - this is MUCH appreciated. Wishing you all the best!
Cuffley Manor is like a 5 star hotel. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and welcoming, from the management to the cleaners. The gardens are beautiful. They always kept me updated on my Mum and asked if I wanted any input on her care. There are always activities and outings including a Christmas fair in conjunction with the local children's nursery and a cheese and wine tasting event for the residents. This is the only care home I have been to that does not smell.
Thank you so much for your kind words Claire! We absolutely love our residents and it is a joy to provide them with the BEST service possible. We're glad that you have noticed the cleanliness of our home - this is down to the diligence of our Head Housekeeper, and her fantastic team.
From our first meeting we were made to feel so welcome. Everyone got to know us and Dad very quickly which made him feel very at home. Dad enjoyed his meals and saying hello to everyone in the dining room. Very accommodating when we wanted to join Dad for meals which we really appreciated. Sheila then progressed to the role of Practice Development Lead, where she specialised in training and mentoring both nursing and care teams to elevate clinical competencies and service delivery.

My name is Ross Masterson, and I am delighted to have joined Cuffley Manor Care Home as the Business Development Manager.
With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development, I have built my career on developing strong relationships, supporting sustainable growth and delivering exceptional customer service. I am passionate about creating positive experiences and helping people make informed decisions with confidence.
I am excited to be part of the Cuffley Manor team and look forward to working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and our local community, while promoting the outstanding care, hospitality and lifestyle our home provides.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by playing football and have recently taken up kickboxing as a new challenge. I am also a lifelong Arsenal F.C. supporter, enjoy reading, and am a proud father to two wonderful daughters who inspire and motivate me every day.
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Cuffley Manor.

Manveer brings a wealth of experience to TLC Cuffley Manor, having worked in prestigious 5-star hotels in Dubai and India. With a strong background in hospitality and service excellence, Manveer ensures that every aspect of our hotel services, from housekeeping to dining, meets the highest standards of quality and care.
Passionate about creating a welcoming and luxurious environment, Manveer is dedicated to enhancing the comfort and well-being of our residents by blending world-class hospitality with a personalised touch. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the team.

My academics required me to participate in an internship program. I received an offer from TLC to work as an administrator and financial assistant for a year at the Carlton Court Care Home. I was given fresh opportunities for learning and growth while I was at Carlton. I would say that Carlton changed the course of my financial career. I was now offered the amazing chance to return to Cuffley Manor in the capacity of Manager of Finance and HR.

I joined Cuffley Manor in June 2016 when it first opened, with new residents joining. I was able to offer care and housekeeping. This was so important for me to learn and understand, and today I can say I am very proud of my home, as this gives me so much joy and satisfaction seeing our family grow at Cuffley Manor.
Seeing residents’ smiles, taking time to sit and talk with them, sometimes, little things are like milestones, seemingly insignificant, but with a huge impact. That’s what working at Cuffley Manor is for me.
In my spare time, I like reading fantasy books, travelling and spending time with my family. I like to learn new skills and always carry a beautiful smile.

Bibin -Maintenance Manager, who brings a strong background in the construction industry and extensive experience in both new build projects and property maintenance. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship, Bibin ensures that our environment remains safe, well-maintained and welcoming at all times.
Originally from India, Bibin values hard work, precision and reliability, qualities that are reflected in his professional approach each day.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the kitchen, particularly on Sundays, when he prepares vibrant, flavourful dishes for family and friends. Cooking is a passion of his and a wonderful way for him to bring people together.

From an early age, I developed a deep commitment to supporting wellbeing and mental health, always taking pride in helping those around me feel valued and uplifted.
During my Honours degree in Psychology, I became increasingly aware of the profound connection between physical health and mental well-being. This insight inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Health Psychology at UCL, where I specialised in understanding and promoting positive behaviour change. My academic training has equipped me with strong, evidence-based skills in therapeutic communication, holistic assessment, and person-centred care.
Alongside my studies, I gained valuable experience working within the NHS, supporting diverse patient groups and developing key competencies in safeguarding, multidisciplinary teamwork, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Combined with a personal enthusiasm for organising meaningful activities and creating joyful, purposeful environments, these experiences naturally guided me to my role at Cuffley Manor.
Here, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional wellbeing support—honouring every resident with the same respect, warmth, and dignity I would offer my own family, and ensuring that each day holds moments of connection, laughter, and quality care.
