I am truly amazed at how fantastic this place is. I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world and Cuffley Manor I have to say are right up there with the best of them on every level! Mum and I had private dinning and everything was superb! The chef met as and sat us in a beautiful room
with stunning views. The food and service was superb. Everything everywhere looks brand new and perfect. The staff throughout smile and don't hesitate to help. I honestly believe this must be the best care home in the country and its such a relief to know mum is being treated so well. They made us feel like royalty it doesn't feel like a care home its like a deluxe 5 star all inclusive.

My mum has received exceptional care and support at Cuffley Manor. The staff have been so kind. I cannot thank them enough. The home itsef consistently operates at a high standard, providing a safe and supportve environment. The staff are excellent at communicating any updates on my mum's care. It
is so reassuring and has given me immense peace of mind.

I have been visiting this care home since August (5 days a week) and in all my visits everyone has made me feel very welcome and I have seen how well everyone works together to give the residents the very best care that they all deserve. This care home has been the best I have ever experienced in
all the homes I have been to visit and I would like them all to be thanked for all their good work. Finally I would definitely recommend this care home to all my family and friends.

Bob is my Uncle and my brother and our family's went to celebrate Bobs 100th Birthday a week before his actual Birthday which was on the 11th Sept. The Staff were incredible ! . Caring towards Bob and nothing was too much. The set up the Garden room with ballon's, table cloths and serviettes. They
made our celebration with Bob so very Happy.

Care staff at Cuffley Manor have been helpful and accommodating for my grandparent and my family. Working within the NHS myself, I have experienced a range of care homes and facilities, managers and staff have been observed to have been caring, professional and working in line with CQC and other
legislation. I feel very comfortable and reassured that the workers look after my grandparent to the best of their ability.

Cuffley Manor is like a 5 star hotel. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and welcoming, from the management to the cleaners. The gardens are beautiful. They always kept me updated on my Mum and asked if I wanted any input on her care. There are always activities and outings including a
Christmas fair in conjunction with the local children's nursery and a cheese and wine tasting event for the residents. This is the only care home I have been to that does not smell.

From our first meeting we were made to feel so welcome. Everyone got to know us and Dad very quickly which made him feel very at home. Dad enjoyed his meals and saying hello to everyone in the dining room. Very accommodating when we wanted to join Dad for meals which we really appreciated. Overall
an excellent 3 week respite - you may see us again!

I am so happy that we found Cuffley Manor. Dad receives terrific care, and it is enormously reassuring to know that he is in such good, caring hands. Cuffley provides a caring and vibrant environment for him.

Mum has been here just over 2 years and has been treated with care and dignity.
I feel happy that she is safe and well looked after. The staff are always on hand with any matter you want to discuss. Everyone is always happy and caring towards the residents.

I cannot thank Cuffley Manor enough for the outstanding care and support they have provided to my elderly cousin over the past 18 months. From the moment she arrived they treated her with kindness, dignity and genuine warmth. The staff are exceptional compassionate and always go the extra mile.

My mother has been a resident at Cuffley for five years now, and the care shown to her has been second to none - which means that at 104 years old she still enjoys her life and we still have her with us.
As a family, we are aways welcomed and made to feel at home and valued. Thank you Cuffley
