There is always a very friendly atmosphere in Cuffley Manor and it is easy to get to know all the staff, which makes everyone feel very much at home. Any problems or worries can be discussed and a solution found rapidly. The cafe area makes an ideal place for socialising with other residents and to enjoy organised events. A lot of thought has been given to making residents comfortable and stimulated.
Thank you so much for your beautiful feedback, we are the lucky ones to have your husband staying with us and it is always a pleasure having you in the home. Thank you for taking your time to complete the review, see you soon.
Have to give a 5-star review to the business development manager who went over and above helping me move both my parents over from Portugal into the home. As it was difficult to visit in advance, she went into work early to do a video tour of the premises while it was quiet, stayed in constant contact and answered any queries (even silly o'clock in the morning and late at night). An absolute superstar.
All the staff are fantastic, so friendly and so welcoming. The home is immaculately clean and I know Dad is very happy with the catering activities. I have only good words to say about Cuffley Manor.
Thank you so much for you lovely review Richard. It is always a pleasure to have Dad come to stay with us. He brings an extra flair to Cuffley Manor. We are also so proud that our family and homely ethos is noticeable at all times! Looking forward to welcoming you back to Cuffley Manor soon, even if it is just for a cup of tea and slice of cake!
I have been visiting for more than twelve months and I am always impressed by the gentle and dignified way care staff treat the clients. The staff recognise me and welcome me in making the environment feel like a family visit. Some residents can be a challenge but the carers have always displayed kindness.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are also so proud that our family and homely ethos is noticeable at all times and extended to friends and families visiting their loved ones in our care! We look forward to welcoming you back to Cuffley Manor soon, even if it is just for a cup of tea and a slice of cake!
My brother settled very quickly into Cuffley Manor. He now is content and feels at home and wants to spend the rest of his life here. He feels it is now his home.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are happy that your brother feels at home here at Cuffley Manor. It's a pleasure to have him here with us.
My dad was very anxious about his stay but it way exceeded all expectations.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review! We have to say we are missing having your dad around but we are happy that we exceeded his expectations. The team here at Cuffley Manor take pride in everything we do including ensuring our facilities are well looked after, a happy home makes a happy family! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
The home is purpose-built to a very high standard rather than an existing property being adapted. This is a great benefit in providing excellent facilities.
The key to the success of this facility is the very caring, high standard of the management team - two were particularly prominent in this regard.
The staff were universally welcoming and caring - being away from one's usual surroundings carries a degree of stress which was lessened considerably by the happy atmosphere.
The standard of the catering was very good with excellent choices at all meals.
I would certainly recommend Cuffley Manor to anyone needing this sort of facility.
Thank you so much for such a lovely testimonial! We have to say we are missing having you around but we are over the moon that we could make your stay here at Cuffley Manor a happy one. The team here at Cuffley Manor pride themselves on providing not just outstanding care but a true family-feel environment. We can't wait to have you visit us again soon.
Our family is so happy with the excellent care she is receiving. She has been made to feel very welcome by everyone. Her room and all the facilities are brilliant. Very clean, safe and so friendly. 5* treatment and so professional. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your review K V. We are so happy to have Mum and your family as part of our family here at Cuffley Manor. We are so proud of our team and how hard they all work in ensuring we provide outstanding care and make our environment warm and inviting. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
My mother who has dementia has recently moved into Cuffley Manor. From the first contact to her assessment whilst she was in hospital, through to the care she has received I cannot speak highly enough of Cuffley Manor. The staff are polite, kind, and helpful, the leadership team are excellent, and my mother has settled in; this is now her home. The care that is provided is excellent, the facilities are exceptional, and the design and layout of the home provide a safe, welcoming and caring environment. She has participated in lots of activities but retains her independence and dignity. My family and I are welcomed when we visit, and it feels like a space where we feel at home as well. The multiple small lounges on each floor allow us to have our own privacy, as well as mix with others in the cafe; the gardens are beautiful (very important to Mum). I would not hesitate to recommend Cuffley Manor and cannot speak highly enough of the care (my wife and I are both consultant physicians).
Thank you Dr Giles for your amazing review. Here at Cuffley Manor, we pride ourselves in providing 5* outstanding care, not just for our residents, but for our families also. We are so lucky to have had Mum join our family and watching her settle in is such a joy. We are also proud of everyone who...
The staff are very caring and attentive. The home is always clean and tidy. Activities are arranged for those able to take part.

We are proud of how caring and attentive our staff are as it reflects our one-team approach and the family feel we endorse. Looking forward to seeing you soon at Cuffley Manor
Staff are pleasant and active not only to residents but also to visitors.
It is a pleasure to visit.
Thank you for your lovely review, Maxine. As a team, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding care not only to our residents but also to their loved ones. We are proud that you feel we enrich the lives of our residents with our facilities and activities. Looking forward to seeing you at Cuffley Manor soon.
My only criticism would be the lack of quality food for Mum as a vegetarian. I would often have to bring in extra meals e.g. fresh, leafy salads, protein Quorn/ soya and yoghurts to supplement her nutrition.
Thank you for your feedback about the vegetarian food options, this has been fed back to the hotel services manager and...
This was our first visit to our elderly aunt in Cuffley Manor. Our first impression was how well cared for the residents are at the home. The facilities provided to both residents and visitors are excellent. The staff are very caring and polite. Full credit to the care home manager for running such a lovely place. It's as good as a 5* hotel. Thank you.
Thank you for such a lovely review Ann, it was a pleasure to meet you and we are glad that our hard work ethic is clearly reflected in everything we do. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding care and our home manager is so pleased to hear your feedback and is dedicated to continuing to improve our services and facilities.
I have been staying in the home for over a week, the staff are all very attentive caring and loving. This is an outstanding care home. I love it here.

We are super happy to have your godmother stay with us and love to see you when you come to visit! Looking forward to seeing you soon.
The care for my mum has been very good. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, she is enjoying the food, the home is very clean and there is always plenty going on to keep her entertained. The grounds are very nice and she has a lovely view over fields to the back of the property.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! It is an absolute pleasure having Mum stay here with us and we are happy that she has settled in well and enjoying her stay. Mum is always good fun to be around and we are so pleased to have her here with us! Thank you again for all your kind words and your support.
We always found Cuffley Manor to be very warm and inviting. The staff always did a wonderful job of having time for both residents and family. As a family, we did not have to worry and that helped us all immensely. My father was always well looked after, with many activities for him to join in, very good food and comfortable living conditions.
Thank you Sue for such a lovely review. We pride ourselves on person-centred care and the well-being of our residents and we are so pleased that you feel we were able to support not just Dad but yourself as a family also.
My first impression was efficient and happy staff. This was confirmed when I became a temporary resident. Not one member of staff was found lacking. Excellent food and plenty of entertainment if you wanted. The decor and garden are well-maintained.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review Linda, it's been lovely having you with us at Cuffley and thank you for coming back.
Since my grandad arrived, all the staff at Cuffley Manor have made him feel welcome and safe. They have communicated well with him and his family members. They always provide residents with a choice from food to activities. There is always a friendly face around and staff members always on hand to answer any questions. We feel confident that Grandad is in the right place. The rooms are very clean and there are many places to enjoy a visit. Looking forward to getting out in the garden as the weather gets warmer.
Thank you for your lovely review, Kelly, we are so happy that your grandad is getting the care he deserves. As you know Cuffley manor prides itself in providing person-centred care, your granddad is always so lovely to be around! We are also excited to share our beautiful garden space with you all as the weather gets warmer.
I have spent the happiest month at Cuffley Manor Care Home. It has enabled me to become fit and independent after a total knee replacement, knowing that the wonderful staff were there for me when I needed help. Even my diet was catered for which is not easy. My laundry always returned so well cared for. So many activities to join if one wanted to. I can't thank you all and everyone for making my recovery so very carefree. Bless you all, you are all angels.
Doreen, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us here at Cuffley Manor. It was an absolute pleasure to have you here with us and our family and watching you recover so quickly from your knee replacement was just amazing! As you know, our doors are always open for you and we look forward to seeing you soon!

My name is Ross Masterson, and I am delighted to have joined Cuffley Manor Care Home as the Business Development Manager.
With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development, I have built my career on developing strong relationships, supporting sustainable growth and delivering exceptional customer service. I am passionate about creating positive experiences and helping people make informed decisions with confidence.
I am excited to be part of the Cuffley Manor team and look forward to working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and our local community, while promoting the outstanding care, hospitality and lifestyle our home provides.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by playing football and have recently taken up kickboxing as a new challenge. I am also a lifelong Arsenal F.C. supporter, enjoy reading, and am a proud father to two wonderful daughters who inspire and motivate me every day.
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Cuffley Manor.

Manveer brings a wealth of experience to TLC Cuffley Manor, having worked in prestigious 5-star hotels in Dubai and India. With a strong background in hospitality and service excellence, Manveer ensures that every aspect of our hotel services, from housekeeping to dining, meets the highest standards of quality and care.
Passionate about creating a welcoming and luxurious environment, Manveer is dedicated to enhancing the comfort and well-being of our residents by blending world-class hospitality with a personalised touch. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the team.

My academics required me to participate in an internship program. I received an offer from TLC to work as an administrator and financial assistant for a year at the Carlton Court Care Home. I was given fresh opportunities for learning and growth while I was at Carlton. I would say that Carlton changed the course of my financial career. I was now offered the amazing chance to return to Cuffley Manor in the capacity of Manager of Finance and HR.

I joined Cuffley Manor in June 2016 when it first opened, with new residents joining. I was able to offer care and housekeeping. This was so important for me to learn and understand, and today I can say I am very proud of my home, as this gives me so much joy and satisfaction seeing our family grow at Cuffley Manor.
Seeing residents’ smiles, taking time to sit and talk with them- sometimes, little things are like milestones, seemingly insignificant, but with a huge impact. That’s what working at Cuffley Manor is for me.
In my spare time, I like reading fantasy books, travelling and spending time with my family. I like to learn new skills and always carry a beautiful smile.

Bibin -Maintenance Manager, who brings a strong background in the construction industry and extensive experience in both new-build projects and property maintenance. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship, Bibin ensures that our environment remains safe, well-maintained and welcoming at all times.
Originally from India, Bibin values hard work, precision and reliability, qualities that are reflected in his professional approach each day.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the kitchen, particularly on Sundays, when he prepares vibrant, flavourful dishes for family and friends. Cooking is a passion of his and a wonderful way for him to bring people together.

From an early age, I developed a deep commitment to supporting wellbeing and mental health, always taking pride in helping those around me feel valued and uplifted.
During my Honours degree in Psychology, I became increasingly aware of the profound connection between physical health and mental well-being. This insight inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Health Psychology at UCL, where I specialised in understanding and promoting positive behaviour change. My academic training has equipped me with strong, evidence-based skills in therapeutic communication, holistic assessment, and person-centred care.
Alongside my studies, I gained valuable experience working within the NHS, supporting diverse patient groups and developing key competencies in safeguarding, multidisciplinary teamwork, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Combined with a personal enthusiasm for organising meaningful activities and creating joyful, purposeful environments, these experiences naturally guided me to my role at Cuffley Manor.
Here, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional wellbeing support—honouring every resident with the same respect, warmth, and dignity I would offer my own family, and ensuring that each day holds moments of connection, laughter, and quality care.
