I completed my Bachelor's degree in nursing in India in 2008 and worked as a Paediatric nurse from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, I came to the UK and started my Master's in advanced nursing whilst studying and worked as a unit leader in a care home. In 2011 I was promoted to a Care Coordinator and then in 2014, I was again promoted to Deputy Manager.

In 2022 I was then promoted to Home Manager. I am extremely passionate about care and looking after our elderly residents so getting the opportunity to support and guide Cooperscroft on their journey to outstanding was a huge privilege.

As Hotel Services Manager at Carlton Court Care Home, I oversee the Wellbeing services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen and Hospitality. With 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, I bring extensive expertise in operations management.

I have an integral understanding of service excellence and attention to detail, which have been instrumental in elevating the standards of care and comfort at Carlton Court, ensuring an exceptional environment for residents, family members and TLC team members alike.

As a growing professional in Healthcare Sector, I bring a strong and diverse professional experience to my role as a Customer Service Supervisor at Carlton Court Care Home. My journey spans roles in accounting and customer service, where I developed exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about fostering a warm and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Bridgitte Aubrey Magno is the Business Development Manager at Carlton Court Care Home, a role she took on in March 2025. With a strong clinical background and nearly 13 years of experience in complex care, stroke, and neurology, neurosurgery, Bridgitte works closely with hospitals, community teams, and external providers to ensure smooth admissions and timely, person-centred care.

Her focus is on bridging the gap between hospital, home, and care settings—supporting families through transitions and helping residents receive the best possible support. Previously a Practice Development Lead- Nurse Educator and Clinical Lead, she brings a deep passion for nursing, education, and service excellence to every aspect of her work.

Bridgett plays a vital role as the Business Support Manager at Carlton Court, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the home’s administrative and financial systems.

With a strong background in business operations and customer service, Bridgett supports the Home Manager and wider team by overseeing front-of-house services, admissions processes, invoicing, compliance, and daily coordination within the home.

Bridgett’s people-first approach helps make Carlton Court a welcoming and well-managed home where residents and their families feel supported every step of the way.

Sunisha Joy is the Care Services Manager at Carlton Court Care Home, where she leads the clinical team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. With 15 years of extensive experience in acute medical settings, accident and emergency care, and complex clinical management, she brings strong clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to her role.

Her background includes caring for and managing patients with ventilators, tracheostomies, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and holistic care delivery. Drawing on her deep knowledge of acute medicine and emergency response, she is committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence while supporting her team’s professional growth and development.

Dedicated to promoting wellbeing, dignity, and seamless care, Sunisha works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure every individual receives the best possible support and outcomes.
