My mum loved at Carlton Court Care Home for 5 months until she sadly passed away. She was unwell at arrival and all the staff went out of their way to care for and nurture her which improved the quality of her life. We were comfortable in the knowledge that she was safe and secure and receiving the best possible care. The home was spotlessly clean, the food varied and nourishing and all the staff were extremely friendly, kind and efficient. My mum's appearance was always very clean. Everone who visited her were very impressed with the home. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Carlton Court for the care they have given my mum over the last 2 years, and to the wellbeing team who arranged an amazing final send off for Mum, the family really appreciate the dedication and care everyone has shown.

I visited every day, and every time I saw my father, alongside all the other residents, treated with such dignity. I cannot recommend Carlton Court Care Home enough. Kind, friendly, warm team, who would support and help me with dad. Anything did not want for dad. They would listen and hear me, take on and make adjustments to be able to make things fit for him and me.

Since qualifying as a nurse in 2007, she has developed strong leadership and people-management skills, taking on her first Registered Manager position in 2014. She has successfully completed a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership within the healthcare sector and has worked extensively with individuals with complex needs, prioritising their dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
A real strength of her leadership journey has been coaching and mentoring three Deputy Managers into Home Manager roles, reflecting her commitment to developing others and building confident, capable teams.
