I completed my Bachelor's degree in nursing in India in 2008 and worked as a Paediatric nurse from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, I came to the UK and started my Master's in advanced nursing whilst studying and worked as a unit leader in a care home. In 2011 I was promoted to a Care Coordinator and then in 2014, I was again promoted to Deputy Manager.
In 2022 I was then promoted to Home Manager. I am extremely passionate about care and looking after our elderly residents so getting the opportunity to support and guide Cooperscroft on their journey to outstanding was a huge privilege.
I am Josh Skariah Chennakkattu, and I am the Office Manager at TLC Carlton Court Care Home. I joined the home in 2023 as a General Assistant, progressed into the Customer Service Supervisor role, and now proudly support the home as Office Manager.

My name is Tina Jana Nongrum, and I am the Business Support Manager at TLC Carlton Court Care Home.
I joined TLC Care in 2018, working across Karuna Manor, Kailash Manor, and now Carlton Court. From the very beginning, I embraced the organisation’s values and culture. What stood out most to me was the strong sense of community within the team.
I have 13 years of experience working in the Care Sector. I started my career as an Admin Assistant and have progressed to my current role as Business Support Manager. My role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home’s administrative and financial systems. Alongside my compassion for care, I am committed to providing the best possible service and well-being to our residents, team members, and relatives.
I’m excited to join TLC Carlton Court Care Home as Care Service Manager. I completed an MSc in Nursing and Healthcare in 2015 from the University of West London. After my university, I have worked as a Supervised Practice Nurse and acquired my NMC registration in 2017. I have experience working in the NHS and Adult Social Care settings in various roles. I have also accomplished my TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care with distinction in 2023. I am very passionate about the nursing workforce, their contribution and development in Adult Social Care settings. I am a council member of London’s Social Care Nursing Advisory Council (SCNAC), FNF (Florence Nightingale Foundation) alumni and NCL Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) ambassador. I am a recipient of the Chief Nurse Award 2024, presented by Professor Deborah Sturdy, Chief Nurse for Social Care.
I have worked as a Unit Manager in TLC Carlton Court in 2022, and now I have returned to the TLC family at Carlton Court as Care Service Manager. I bring experience in problem-solving, leadership and teamwork, and I strongly trust in forming a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. I have profound compassion and empathy as an advocate for residents to achieve positive outcomes in their lives with a commitment to lifelong learning.
I have over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked across five countries and gained a strong understanding of hospitality and guest experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of hospitality settings, from pre-opening projects to different hospitality concepts, which has allowed me to adapt and grow within the industry.
I am service-focused and always look for ways to make a meaningful impact in everything I do and with everyone I meet.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring different cuisines and cultures. I also have a keen eye for art and create digital pieces inspired by “art with a message.”
