Overall excellent and the staff are amazing, makes you feel welcome. The beautiful garden and the building like hotel, superb. facilities for visitors and residents really good.

The care provided to my lovely mum has been exceptional. The entire staff are friendly and respectful to my mother. I honestly have nothing but praise for the entire residential home.

The experience is amazing. Staff very caring, very supportive. The care mum is receiving is excellent. All members of staff are very friendly from reception, office & manager. I go home happy in the knowledge that mum is safe & cared for. Staff are always informing me & keeping me up to date with mums care.

All though my Mother was only there for a week or so, she was treated with care & respect from all the staff, they couldn't have mae her anymore comfortable nothing was too much trouble for them. They management made all the family feel at ease as if we where part of there family allways very welcome ever time we visitied.

We are absolutely delighted with the way our mother was treated. She came in unable to walk or stand and is walking out 8 weeks later, having made a complete recovery. All the staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. We would not hesitate in recommending Carlton Court to anybody in need of care, either permanently or for respite. We cannot thank you enough.

All the staff are caring and kind. Everyone is always willing to help and find solutions. Loving and clean environment. We love that we can visit at any time.

My husband resided at Carlton Court from Jan 2023 until May 2025. The management and staff had become a second family to my husband and myself. The love and care shown to us was exceptional, my son and I have nothing but praise for everyone at Carlton Court, from the nurses/activities/carers/cleaners/cooks all the staff. I am just sad that I am not allowed to name them personally, they are now my friends, and made my husband's last years with dementia a little easier. Amazing people! xxx

My aunt was only at Carlton Court for two weeks before she passed, but during that time, she was happy and very well cared for. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed her. It brought great comfort to know she was in such good hands.

A true haven - from reception and throughout, staff are caring, professional and kind. Shared spaces and rooms are decorated with style and comfort. Whether visitor or residents - it is truly a pleasure to be at Charlton Court.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Carlton Court for the care they have given my mum over the last 2 years, and to the wellbeing team who arranged an amazing final send off for Mum, the family really appreciate the dedication and care everyone has shown.

Thank you for all your care. It was outstanding. The care and dedication of the entire team was exemplary. The attention given to my father and his needs was so impressive, from the routine provided, the cleanliness, the food and care given. I visited every day, and every time I saw my father, alongside all the other residents, treated with such dignity. I cannot recommend Carlton Court Care Home enough. Thank you for taking care of my father. He was settled, safe, and so well looked after. Thank you.

Kind, friendly, warm team, who would support and help me with dad. Anything did not want for dad. They would listen and hear me, take on and make adjustments to be able to make things fit for him and me. I couldn't of got through the past 13 years without the Carlton Court family.

From the outset, the care staff have been gentle and attentive to my mother's needs. The consistency of this special care, amongst all the care staff, but also events staff and admin staff is striking. My mother's mental and physical wellbeing has improved day-by-day over this initial two-week period. Care staff have been quick to adapt to my mother's needs: to eat her meals in the bedroom instead of in the dining room and to be placed in bed when the chair has become uncomfortable. All staff shone in the ethos of care and encouragement to join in with activities.

I am happy to say that my mother has had excellent care here in the last 10 months of her life. The staff have always been helpful, caring and supportive and I have been very content with how she has been looked after.
