All staff go beyond expectations. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Always willing to help residents and family. They really make you feel like family.

All staff always go above and beyond giving care to residents. The staff were very understanding of the needs of the needs of residents living with dementia. Staff also make relatives of residents very welcome and were always happy to discuss health issues and concerns openly and in a timely
fashion.

My dad has only been here for a short time, and overall it has been a lovely experience, staff are all so lovely and friendly. Even the patients.
Lovely friendly welcome when you walk in. Nothing too much for the staff to do.

Overall experience has been excellent from the admin to the care and attention give to Derek. The two Bridgittes made the admission process very smooth and the staff have treated Derek with care and dignity. The building and facilities are outstanding. We are lucky to have found Carlton Court Care

I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders when I found Carlton Court Court Care Home for my mother on her end of life journey. I could no longer provide for her needs at home & was deeply worried about moving her.The good energy & nurturing feeling that permeated the atmosphere was tangible from my
first visit, the staff as well as the clean fresh spaces & thoughtful facilities offered by the home.
I felt supported as well as the care offered to my mum when she is so vulnerable.I knew instantly it was a place I could trust with her needs. Much gratitude

Our dear friend sadly passed away in hospital at the weekend after nearly 8 years as a resident at Carlton Court. In all that time he has had the most amazing care from everyone at the home. All the staff are so very kind and have looked after him so well - he could not have had better care.

Has to be the nicest care home that we have seen. Mum has been here almost 6 weeks and not once have I made a complaint, found fault or even had a slight clash with anyone, that goes for all levels of staff. They have such dignity, amazing manners, accommodate any queries/enquiries etc. The place is
immaculate, staff are very well presented and so helpful & friendly - def a place I would want to be when it's my turn.

Everyone at Carlton Court Care Home is very kind & show love for my mum. I've been very impressed with the new manager Dinesh who has a very kind manner & makes time with all the residents.

My mum loved at Carlton Court Care Home for 5 months until she sadly passed away. She was unwell at arrival and all the staff went out of their way to care for and nurture her which improved the quality of her life. We were comfortable in the knowledge that she was safe and secure and receiving the
best possible care. The home was spotlessly clean, the food varied and nourishing and all the staff were extremely friendly, kind and efficient. My mum's appearance was always very clean. Everone who visited her were very impressed with the home. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

I found everything 1st class and everything I would want for the care of a loved one. It had a real nice feel to the place and everyone I saw looked contented.

Came to visit a close family friend, was greeted by a lovely receptionist and the reception area looked like a gorgeous hotel! No funny smells, everyone so friendly, rooms were lovely and dining rooms, look liked staff went the extra mile with flowers on the table! All these details make such a
difference. I wish all care homes were like this one!

Overall excellent and the staff are amazing, makes you feel welcome. The beautiful garden and the building like hotel, superb. facilities for visitors and residents really good.

The care provided to my lovely mum has been exceptional. The entire staff are friendly and respectful to my mother. I honestly have nothing but praise for the entire residential home.

The experience is amazing. Staff very caring, very supportive. The care mum is receiving is excellent. All members of staff are very friendly from reception, office & manager. I go home happy in the knowledge that mum is safe & cared for. Staff are always informing me & keeping me up to date with
mums care.

All though my Mother was only there for a week or so, she was treated with care & respect from all the staff, they couldn't have mae her anymore comfortable nothing was too much trouble for them. They management made all the family feel at ease as if we where part of there family allways very
welcome ever time we visitied.

We are absolutely delighted with the way our mother was treated. She came in unable to walk or stand and is walking out 8 weeks later, having made a complete recovery. All the staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. We would not hesitate in
recommending Carlton Court to anybody in need of care, either permanently or for respite.
We cannot thank you enough.

My husband resided at Carlton Court from Jan 2023 until May 2025. The management and staff had become a second family to my husband and myself. The love and care shown to us was exceptional, my son and I have nothing but praise for everyone at Carlton Court, from the
nurses/activities/carers/cleaners/cooks all the staff. I am just sad that I am not allowed to name them personally, they are now my friends, and made my husband's last years with dementia a little easier. Amazing people! xxx

My aunt was only at Carlton Court for two weeks before she passed, but during that time, she was happy and very well cared for. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed her. It brought great comfort to know she was in such good hands.
