I started my nursing journey in New Zealand with an acute medical/surgical background, theatre and community mental health nursing. Since arriving in the UK in 2015, my experience has been care home based and my previous role before joining TLC was Regional Clinical Trainer for a large care home company.

I left the company for a short break and have now rejoined as HR and Finance Manager.
