In her position, she provides vital support to the Business Support Manager, specifically in areas of HR and finances, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration.
Beyond her office management duties, Shannon plays a key role in fostering a positive and supportive workplace as the Engagement Champion. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, offering support to colleagues and promoting well-being across the team. Additionally, Shannon serves as the Onboarding Coach, guiding new staff through a welcoming and structured induction process.
