I was extremely grateful to the welcome that was extended to me in my hour of need. I was made to feel part of the family at once. I learnt a lot in a sometimes difficult situation and admired the staff in their difficult handling of quite challenging situations. I shall take some good memories of my four-week stay here. We are very happy with the care for Mum. One suggestion is that it would be useful to have a scheduled meeting every four to six weeks to discuss individual needs and health developments.

The team are in touch with the families regularly to update any changes however if more frequent meetings are needed we are happy to facilitate this as well. Thank you once again for your feedback.

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to anything you ask. The only negative was my mum's room was too small. Wish she arrived there earlier in her life.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review for Cherry Hinton Care Home.
Moving into a care home is never an easy decision for any individual or family relative to make and therefore has to be made very carefully. We have therefore been extremely pleased with the facilities and care provided by TLC Cherry Hinton. This is an excellent care home for the elderly, run by very professional, dedicated, kind and caring staff. Knowing that the home is so well run has made the transition for our aunt, from independent living to care home provision, so much easier to adapt to.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, it was a pleasure looking after your aunt.
Mum was resident at the care home for just a matter of weeks, where she was treated with the utmost care and respect. All the staff gave everything of themselves to make us, the family, and Mum feel comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend The Cherry Hinton to anyone looking for a caring, a truly caring, environment for their loved ones. Thank you so much everyone!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. At Cherry our team always strive to do our best to make sure that all our residents and family members are getting the best possible person-centre care and experience.
