Cherry Hinton Care Home

Cherry Hinton Care Home has provided a homely and friendly experience for my Mother-in-law. The staff are attentive and kind and always work in a respectful way that preserves her dignity. We are able to visit often and are pleased with the support and care she is offered.

I'm also impressed with the quality of the food.

We cannot fault Cherry Hinton Care Home in any way. My father spent the last 9 days of his life with you and every single member of staff from cleaners to cooks and all the medical staff showed him and our family such kindness and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This is a very special place.

When arriving at T L C Care, Cherry Hinton Care Home, I always receive a warm welcome from the reception staff and the management team. My mother-in-law's room is bright, clean and fresh, as is she. She is always treated with great care and dignity and love.

Always a nice warm welcome at Cherry Hinton Care Home. My mother's care is excellent. She is always nice and clean as is her room, every single member of staff is very helpful and caring. There is always someone at hand if needed. We visit most days and feel we are part of the T L C family.

My father has been a resident for 2 weeks. From his initial assessment to moving in and settling has been excellent. Communication with the family has been good. He is involved out which he thoroughly enjoyed. Food is very good and they encourage family to join every now and then. Everyone is happy and there are lots of staff to ensure they are all are and cared for.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is clean and tidy and very well organised. The facilities are first class and the food is excellent. The comfort and well-being of the residents is paramount.

What a lovely atmosphere and lovely care home. The interactions between staff and residents is great to see. I thought the space was bright and modern, the staff were really kind and lots of thought had clearly gone into what was being offered.

Couldn't be happier with the service that's provided. Staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. The care home itself is always clean and well kept. Activities for the residents are great. Fantastic place all round.

My mother moved into the home in October and from the very beginning, we have been impressed with the level of care and attention she has received. The staff, without exception, are very professional and dedicated and at the same time friendly and relaxed. Every time we visit we are welcomed warmly. Mum enjoys interacting with the staff and entering into the activities provided.

Thank you for all the kindness and caring that was shown to my mother. All of the staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The empathy and understanding shown at this time of my mother's passing was beyond expectation. I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to every member of your team - amazing.

From being very depressed in hospital after his stroke, he very quickly adapted to life in Cherry Hinton Care Home and has renewed relationships with staff he knew when his late wife was here. His situation is what it is, but he is happy here. Thank you.

I was extremely grateful to the welcome that was extended to me in my hour of need. I was made to feel part of the family at once. I learnt a lot in a sometimes difficult situation and admired the staff in their difficult handling of quite challenging situations. I shall take some good memories of my four-week stay here. Thank you to all for restoring faith in mankind. There are a lot of kind deserving people around and it restores faith in mankind.

We have been very pleased with the care provided for our father. Facilities and staff are very good. We can rest easy knowing our father is in safe hands twenty-four hours of the day.

We are very happy with the care for Mum. One suggestion is that it would be useful to have a scheduled meeting every four to six weeks to discuss individual needs and health developments.

Such a lovely home. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this home. All our worries have been taken away, we as a family, couldn't ask for more, can't find fault with anything. Always a warm friendly welcome from reception when you walk in. Thank you for your care.

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to anything you ask. The only negative was my mum's room was too small. Wish she arrived there earlier in her life.
