We cannot fault Cherry Hinton Care Home in any way. My father spent the last 9 days of his life with you and every single member of staff from cleaners to cooks and all the medical staff showed him and our family such kindness and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This is a very special

Always a nice warm welcome at Cherry Hinton Care Home. My mother's care is excellent. She is always nice and clean as is her room, every single member of staff is very helpful and caring. There is always someone at hand if needed. We visit most days and feel we are part of the T L C family.

My father has been a resident for 2 weeks. From his initial assessment to moving in and settling has been excellent. Communication with the family has been good. He is involved out which he thoroughly enjoyed. Food is very good and they encourage family to join every now and then. Everyone is happy
and there are lots of staff to ensure they are all are and cared for.

My mother moved into the home in October and from the very beginning, we have been impressed with the level of care and attention she has received. The staff, without exception, are very professional and dedicated and at the same time friendly and relaxed. Every time we visit we are welcomed warmly.

From being very depressed in hospital after his stroke, he very quickly adapted to life in Cherry Hinton Care Home and has renewed relationships with staff he knew when his late wife was here. His situation is what it is, but he is happy here. Thank you.

I was extremely grateful to the welcome that was extended to me in my hour of need. I was made to feel part of the family at once. I learnt a lot in a sometimes difficult situation and admired the staff in their difficult handling of quite challenging situations. I shall take some good memories of my

We are very happy with the care for Mum. One suggestion is that it would be useful to have a scheduled meeting every four to six weeks to discuss individual needs and health developments.

Moving into a care home is never an easy decision for any individual or family relative to make and therefore has to be made very carefully. We have therefore been extremely pleased with the facilities and care provided by TLC Cherry Hinton. This is an excellent care home for the elderly, run by very
professional, dedicated, kind and caring staff. Knowing that the home is so well run has made the transition for our aunt, from independent living to care home provision, so much easier to adapt to.

The Head Housekeeper reports to the Hotel Services Manager. 
I joined TLC in 2023 as a Carer, I've progressed to Head Housekeeper. With seven years of hospitality experience, I'm dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and care. I ensure all regulatory standards are met and our housekeeping effectively supports the home's infrastructure.
