I've always found Camberley Manor to be so welcoming and a wonderful, caring atmosphere. My Mum has received and continues to receive excellent care and her health has improved since she first came here on a respite stay before transitioning to permanent. The staff are amazing and very responsive.

Mum was slow to settle but the staff were patient and kind, and Mum now feels Camberley Manor is home.
The management and carers are all very polite, efficient and kind. The food is excellent and adjusts to Mum's requirements as she can struggle with eating. The whole building is immaculately clean.

This is my first visit since my father arrived. Everything is very impressive and I'm reassured that my father will receive exceptional care here.

Camberley Manor is a fantastic, five star nursing/care home who have been looking after my sister-in-law for over twelve months. All the staff exhibt the utmost care, kindness and courtesy to the residents and the large amount of planned daily activities is quite amazing. We are assured of a really
warm, friendly welcome as soon as we enter the premises. Cannot imagine that a better care home could possibly be found and we are certainly pleased that we selected Camberley Manor from the large number of care homes we initially visited.

I was dreading my stay in The Camberley Manor Carehome, but must admit was very impressed from the moment I entered. The accomodation is excellent and very clean, and as for the staff you could not get better, each and everyone is so friendly, polite and respectful and make you feel special. As much

My Mum had previously lived for a short time at Camberley Manor before passing away in November 2023. The end of life care my Mum was given was truly exceptional and she was given the dignified passing that everyone deserves. The team were fantastic and I will always be grateful to them.
Now my Aunt
resides in the home and she is well cared for by the staff and everyone who visits her always remark on what a lovely place it is. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely and my Aunt is extremely well cared for.
I looked at other care homes in the area and none of them could match Camberley Manor.

My parents came here in 2021 after a very difficult time and needing urgent 24 hour help. As I live abroad, it was urgent that I find somewhere to help us all out, where they would be comfortable and well cared for. From the very first contact with Camberley Manor, I felt this was the best place and
time and time again this has proved to be the case. The transition from hospitals and rehab was made easy for us, and they were welcomed by caring and compassionate staff. Sadly, my father died after 18 months, but Mum is now into her 4th year at the home. She feels secure and she appreciates the kindness of the staff. Carers and nurses are very attentive, smiling, and always treating residents with dignity. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful. The proposed activities are varied and interesting - so important. The home is very comfortable - light, modern and clean. I can't visit as much as I would like, but inbetween visits am reassured by regular phone contact with staff and Mum.

A true reflection of the word 'care' in Care Home. A truly warm and welcoming place with people who obviously take a pride in their work and the service they provide. They all quickly adapted their approach to suit my father (which can be a challenge sometimes! ).
The attention to detail is second
to none, from the food to the cleaning and laundry, to the maintenance and gardening, to the medical care. Everyone is very quick to respond to requests, and are happy to listen to feedback in a positive way - always seeking to improve. A relaxed, friendly yet highly professional service has meant that a potentially traumatic experience for me and my family has actually been easy, and quickly gave us the confidence that Dad is in capable and caring hands.

A qualified Registered Nurse since 2010, Albert completed his training in India and brings over eight years of diverse clinical experience across hospital and pre-hospital settings in India, Dubai, and the UK. He has a strong background in accident and emergency care and most recently served as a Deputy Charge Nurse within the NHS, where he further honed his clinical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Jade began her journey with TLC in May 2021 as Head Chef at Camberley Manor, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Inspired by TLC’s core values of Truth, Love, and Compassion, she was drawn to a role where her passion for food could make a meaningful difference in people's lives.


With formal qualifications in Hospitality Management and Professional Cookery, Jade began her culinary career at the age of 15 as a ‘tea lady’ and has since dedicated herself to delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that bring joy to others—particularly the elderly, who she believes deserve an exceptional dining experience at every mealtime.


Her talent and commitment have been widely recognised: in 2022, Jade was awarded Great British Care Chef of the Year for the South Region, secured 1st place in the South-East Region at the National Association of Care Catering’s Care Chef of the Year competition, and was a finalist at the National Care Awards.

Harry Tucker is the talented Head Chef at Camberley Manor Care Home, having joined the TLC Group in January 2024. He brings a wealth of experience from his five-year tenure with Caring Homes, where he progressed from Sous Chef at Home of Compassion to Head Chef roles at both Horsell Lodge and Dormy House.
