Thank you for sharing your great review of Camberley Manor Care Home, it's appreciated. During our initial conversation, we provided a guideline fee prior to a pre-admission assessment and are then able to confirm costs once we have a full and comprehensive understanding of your loved one's needs. In this case, there was a small increase agreed with you which was also impacted by a preference for a premium room, which we were pleased we could accommodate on this occasion. We are delighted you are happy with the room and the service and care we provide. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent care.
