We will be forever grateful to everyone at Camberley Manor for the love, care, and compassion they showed my gran during her respite stay. She arrived unable to walk and feeling very vulnerable, but thanks to the dedication, patience, and encouragement of the entire team, she made an incredible
recovery and was able to return home. Although she was only there for a few weeks, she was welcomed with open arms and truly treated as part of the family. Knowing she was so safe, supported, and genuinely cared for meant the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did.

The team at Camberley Manor are all very calm, patient and helpful. They have been very welcoming to my mum and her visitors.
If there is ever an issue, they get it resolved as quickly as possible. The home itself is aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical.

Warmth, friendliness & attention to detail are all aptly displayed from the moment of arrival. Accommodation & facilities are of the highest order support by a caring experienced team well trained & briefed. All medical requests & any ongoing hospital requirements are aptly & proactively provided

My mother recently needed to move to a care home as a matter of urgency due to a rapid decline in her health. Like many older people, she desperately wanted to stay in her own home, but it was simply no longer safe for her. As soon as we visited Camberley Manor, however, it became clear that they
were the right choice and would provide the best possible care.
The standard of support here is exceptional. They not only provided great clinical care for Mum but also offer a fantastic range of activities for all the residents, helping to keep days interesting.
What truly set Camberley Manor apart was the incredible compassion and support they extended to our entire family during mum's final weeks.
Every single member of staff was amazing, extremely friendly and genuinely caring towards my mum. We couldn't have asked for a better, more supportive and compassionate place for my mum to be in her final weeks. Camberley Manor gave us peace of mind when we need it most. We are deeply grateful xxx

From the first meeting at our mums flat to discuss her Respite Care needs until she peacefully fell asleep 4 weeks later. The exceptional Care Home manager and the Lavender team showed fantastic professionalism, care and support to our mum.
The personal engagement both witnessed and experienced
could not be faulted, and was hugely appreciated at a very stressful time for our family.
The wonderful facilities at the Care Home enjoyed by family and friends made the emotional and painful situation more tolerable.
Personally, I cannot thank the staff and management team at the Care Home enough for the care, support and empathy shown to me, my family, friends and most importantly my mum.

Camberley Manor offers outstanding care and support. There is always a strong visible management team on hand. The staff are compassionate, dedicated and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond and are a great comfort for me. Their kindness has made them mum's second family. The bedrooms
are beautiful and always clean. There is high quality fresh food and fruit always available. An amazing luxury feel and atmosphere that mum loves and feels special.

Camberley Manor is a wonderful home, the decor is superb, the menu for lunch and dinner is excellent, beautifully prepared and served. My mother's room is modern, clean and superbly decorated. All the facilities are excellent from the dining room, lounge, coffee shop. Cleanliness is exceptional. I
cannot fault the quality of the home in any way. I have no hesitation in recommending Camberley Manor Care Home. Finally I would like to mention the staff, who are kind, caring and totally efficient.

Mum's care was initially 4 weeks' respite but extended and well administered. Mum is now a permanent resident and more settled. Staff have worked diligently to accommodate her health issues and foibles! Often needing great patience! Mum is a private person but interacts well with other residents and
enjoys lunchtimes, food and other diners! All staff have speedily responded to any concerns we have had, both for mum's care and general wellbeing. Staff are welcoming and responsive to mum's family and friends who visit. The peace of mind the family now have is wonderful! We looked at many homes, but Camberley Manor is certainly one of the best!

I've always found Camberley Manor to be so welcoming and a wonderful, caring atmosphere. My Mum has received and continues to receive excellent care and her health has improved since she first came here on a respite stay before transitioning to permanent. The staff are amazing and very responsive.

Mum was slow to settle but the staff were patient and kind, and Mum now feels Camberley Manor is home.
The management and carers are all very polite, efficient and kind. The food is excellent and adjusts to Mum's requirements as she can struggle with eating. The whole building is immaculately
clean.
