Hours: 12 hours over a 7-day rota
Salary: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:

• Support the catering team in providing meals and refreshments to residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment by adhering to Food Hygiene Regulations and the Food Safety Act.
• Ensure equipment is used correctly and in line with operating instructions.
• Contribute to the care home’s resident-focused philosophy by providing efficient, professional, and prompt service.
• Follow and maintain high standards of cleanliness, including regular cleaning schedules for fridges, freezers, ovens, tiles, and floors.
