Senior Care Assistant

£14 p/h

Enhanced Pay on Weekends and Bank Holidays

Shift times :7am—9pm or 7am - 2pm/ 2pm - 9pm

28 or 35 hour contract

Duties to include:

· Manage and support a team of care staff during a shift

· Build close relationships with residents, care team, and manager

· Administer and order  medication

· Liaise with other professionals including doctors, nurses, CPN’s,       social workers, etc...

· Write and review resident care plans

· Support the on-call service by answering calls and queries from  the care team

· Complete assessments for new residents
