Shifts Available: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week or 4 x 12-hour shifts per week

  • Nightshift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Hourly Rate: £12.81 - £13.13 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support, promoting our residents’ independence and dignity.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as serving meals, helping with mobility, and maintaining hygiene.
  • Accurately recording observations and reporting any changes to the Senior Nurse.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and cared for.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in residential healthcare or caring for the elderly.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but if you’re passionate and eager to learn, we’ll support your development.
  • A positive, caring personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including alternate weekends.
