Our people do move on for various reasons, so we use agency staff at times to ensure that we have sufficient personnel to be able to give our residents the care that they need while we are looking for replacements. thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you feel that your mother-in-law is lacking in social contact at times. We appreciate honest feedback from our families, and work tirelessly to ensure that our residents' care and wellbeing are the best that they can be. You and I have now spoken about your concerns. As you can appreciate, we do have to take account of our residents' wishes and this includes their participation in group activities. However, as your mother-in-law is fond of music, I have asked our activities team to do some focused music activities with her, as and when she wishes to. If you have any other queries or concerns about her care, please do feel free to come and talk to me at any time - my door is always open! You can also talk in confidence to our quality team on 07810 487150 and email them via quality@canfordhealthcare.co.uk.
