looking for an inspiring leader to manage our 46-bed elderly
residential care home in Petersfield.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations and champion a high standard of care.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Care Act 2014, MCA
and DoLS.
- Build a compassionate culture of safety, dignity, and independence
for residents.
- Develop and inspire a committed team, with support and clarity.
- Actively engage with residents, families, and professionals to
build trust and connection.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary of from £55,000 to £75,000 per year, depending
on experience
