 WE’RE HIRING: MAINTENANCE PERSON

Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
£27,105 per year (£13.90/hour)

About Us

Westwood Court is a purpose-built care home in rural Winsford, supporting up to 56 residents with enduring mental health needs, dementia, and older age care.

We provide: - Residential, Mental health, palliative care - A separate dementia unit - 32 en-suite rooms - Lift access to all floors - Wheelchair-friendly design - Beautiful gardens & a resident kitchenette - Easy access to shops and public transport

About the Role

We’re seeking a practical and reliable Maintenance Person to help us keep our home safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

·  General repairs and maintenance

·  Fire alarm, emergency lighting, and water safety checks

·  Liaising with contractors and suppliers

·  Room moves and basic refurbishments

·  Accurate maintenance record-keeping

·  Taking part in the on-call rota

 Who We’re Looking For

·  Strong general maintenance/DIY skills

·  Knowledge of health & safety in a care or residential setting

·  Friendly, respectful, and reliable

·  Able to work independently and manage your time

·  Previous care home experience a plus
