Job summary
Duty Officer (Relief/Bank) based at Fitzwarren Court HWC, Swindon
Available Hours:
Various Hours available - Relief - 2 roles available
One Night staff 8am to 8pm and One Day staff 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm - As and when required

About the role
We are looking for Duty Officer to play a critical role
ensuring that both our residents and colleagues feel supported every
single day.
You will support the Housing Manager to improve
services for residents and all visitors as well as improve quality of
life for residents by ensuring the security of the building, health
& safety of residents 24 hours per day.

The right person must provide an environment where residents
feel safe and secure, they must support the residents to build
personal resilience in self-managing their own health andwelfare.
