Night Care Lead - Maternity Fixed Term
Location: Calne
Pay rate: £16.07ph
Contracted hours: 12.15 hour shifts, 7pm-7:15am 3x shifts per
week, across 7 days
ABOUT THE ROLE

family setting?
Do you prefer to work nights?
Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your
professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the
core of everything you do. Leading a team of carers, you’ll be
responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of
our residents and the home in general. Whether it’s helping residents
with their night-time routines or personal care, providing
companionship, supporting with light household duties or administering
medication, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading
happy and fulfilled lives.

Close to the Wiltshire town of Calne lies Marden Court care
home providing devoted, compassionate residential and respite care to
28 residents.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll have strong experience as a carer in a care setting with
the ability to relate to our residents in a caring and sensitive
manner. You might have previous supervisory experience, like
delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new starters and 1 to 1s
but this is not essential.
What is important is you are a positive role model, with
excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with
others. A supportive individual, able to motivate others to deliver
the best possible care to our residents at all times. Alongside being
confident taking charge and being able to use your own initiative to
resolve problems and deal with queries.
