Job summary
At HC-One, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team.

With contracted hours and guaranteed set pay each month, you’ll also enjoy the freedom to choose shifts that fit around your family life or other commitments. Shifts will be offered across our care homes in the Liverpool area, providing you with a variety of opportunities and flexibility to shape your working week.
Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday and may not always be consecutive, including days, nights, and weekends. Flexibility is key to being a Flex Force Care Assistant, as it ensures you can adapt to the needs of our homes while still maintaining control over your schedule.
The homes include : Ash Court, L14 7NB, Fazakerley House, L34 3LN, Kirby House, L32 5TD, Mersey Parks, L8 5XW, Moss View, L14 0JJ, Summerville, WA4 2EF, Roby House & Roby Lodge, LS3 5XW

And, whether you’re helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you’ll always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
Duties are varied but will include.
- Supporting Residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
- Helping Residents with limited mobility
- Taking responsibility for the wellbeing of Residents on and off site.
A driving license with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
