We’re now looking for a dedicated Activities Co-ordinator to help make each day brighter and more fulfilling for our residents.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and deliver weekly activities that reflect our residents’ interests and life stories – from craft and gardening to games, music and movement
  • Support residents to join in at their own pace and in their own way
  • Organise special occasions, from birthdays to Christmas and summer fetes
  • Work closely with staff, volunteers, relatives and local groups
  • Bring creativity, care and joy to every corner of the home

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working with older people
  • A caring, respectful and inclusive approach
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Team spirit with the confidence to work independently
  • Creativity and flexibility to adapt activities to individual needs

A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 2) and experience in organising events or activities is a bonus – but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment to improving the lives of older people.
