Although she wasn't with us for very long, she truly made a lasting impression on both the staff and management team. It was a pleasure to care for your mother and we were so pleased to see her settle as she did and enjoy the daily activities we provided.Your mother built lovely relationships with those around her, and it was an honour to support her in her final days. The team are always incredibly grateful for positive feedback like yours- it reminds them of the difference they make and reinforces that the care they give is both meaningful and appreciated. Being in a welcoming environment with great care is what is of paramount importance to us. I can also see that you feel there are areas where we are not meeting your full expectations, so please do take the time to speak with our management team so that we can get more detail and amend our provision to better meet your dad's needs, if at all possible.

Thank you for taking the time to review Anita Stone Court, I am sorry that you feel the service has not met your expectations. When our manager left in late February we informed residents immediately & families when they visited - I am sorry that you felt this wasn't sufficient and we will ensure a more formal communication happens in the future. The service has been steadily improving since its first 'requires improvement' review and we are confident this will continue when we are next inspected. The manager who was with us only 3 months hadn't completed their induction and so was not yet fully conversant with our processes and the improvements implemented. We would be delighted to discuss these with you, along with plans for additional improvements. We are proud of the care and services delivered, and this is reflected in the majority of feedback. We want to ensure this great experience is felt by everyone and so would love to explore further the individual scores you gave.

Thank you for taking the time to review Anita Stone Court, it is a service we are very proud of. It is always a privilege to care for people in their last days and I hope that you and your family felt supported too. Although these are usually distressing times for relatives, our teams try so hard to make sure people are comfortable and supported emotionally, beyond the passing of their loved one. I would be grateful to know therefore if you have any suggestions on how to improve our support both to residents but families too, we want to be the best we can, every time.

Thank you for your review, it's a pleasure to be looking after your grandad. We are currently reviewing our pet farms to ensure our animals have appropriate environments, so I appreciate your comments on this issue. We will ensure that animal therapy remains available to our residents.
