Our mum was only a resident of Robert Harvey House for just over 24 hours before she passed away. Despite that short period of time we were made to feel part of the Robert Harvey House family as soon as we set foot through the door. All the staff showed immense care and empathy which was not only directed
towards their residents but included all visiting friends and family. This is the second time that we have sent a member of our family to RHH and both times the care has been outstanding.

Dad has only been in Neville Williams for three weeks (previously in another care home for over 2 years where we never felt dad was really safe and cared for)
Since dads arrival at NW we can finally see the level of care we had always hoped he would receive. The difference is like night and day. We
finally feel he is in safe hands.
The home is spotless, feels really homely, and every single member of staff we have met is resident focussed. Residents aren't just left in their rooms or beds, they are up, clean, shaved etc and involved in what's going on, whether it's tea out in the garden or in the lounge with other residents with staff to hand. Staff are positively interacting with the residents, and it's so lovely to see. As a family we visit approx 3 times a week, and we've never found dad just left to his own devices, he's always involved somewhere.
Dad was discharged from hospital on end of life care, but the team have helped him improve massively. We are so happy to have found NW.

Our mom was a unique character who cared for all more than herself. Neville Williams House returned this favour to my mom. They gave a special sould a special space to take her last breath. What they have done with their garden is so lovely and was the perfect space for my mom to be connected to nature
which made her so happy. I couldn't of wished for a space and a caring community which is at Neville Williams House. From cleaners, health care assitants to nurses they are so incredible.

My mom and I were warmly welcomed during our initial visit to Robert Harvey House. The staff were very informative about the support and care they provide, reassuring me that my mom would be welcomed and would remain safe and well cared for.

They took her needs into consideration, and I am pleased

to say that my mom's first week in Respite Care was a positive experience. She felt included and safe, which brings me great comfort. After our first experience, I'm happy to announce that my mom will be going for regular Respite Care at Robert Harvey House in the coming months.

Thank you to all the staff for being so accommodating and pleasant to talk to.

My husband has been a resident for 16 months and has had minimal mobility for all that time. I am happy with the care that he receives from the hard-working staff. He chooses not to participate in any activities so spends all his time in his room. He has a nice room, overlooking the garden, and makes
use of his TV. When family members visit they are always offered a cup of tea/coffee.

Anita Stone Court proved to be perfect for my mother's needs - wheelchair and mixed dementia. I had to take the difficult decision to find a suitable care home but as soon as I entered and met staff I just knew it would be ideal. Once mom moved in she did find it difficult at first but the expert care
and attention given to her ensured she settled well and started to get involved with the activities on offer. All of the staff - managers, nurses and carers - showed excellent knowledge and support to mom.
Unfortunately mom's health quickly took a turn for the worse and she sadly passed away. The manager, nurses, carers and paramedics were with her but I didn't manage it get there in time. The staff were incredibly attentive to me when I arrived and they all showed the greatest respect and love to mom - even lining up as she was taken by the undertakers. I cannot thank them enough for their kind words of condolence. I would have loved mom to have lived longer in this wonderful home.

My mother was a resident of the home due to her dementia and mobility issues. Initially she kept requesting to leave but the staff were reassuring and up until her death in April she had settled and seemed happy.
Unfortunately she only was at the home for 8 weeks until she passed away age 92. I live
in the south of England and when I visited I was welcomed and the assistant manager spent time with me - advising me of the mums routines, her key workers and showed me her room. I also was in email contact with the manager who I found very helpful and people centred. The care staff also appeared to be involved with the residents and not with each other which I've seen in other establishments.
My mother particularly liked the coffee lounge area where she enjoyed a latte with family who visited. The grounds are also delightful.
My mums last weeks of her life were enhanced by the care she received. Thank you all at Anita Stone.

Our mum was a resident at Robert Harvey House for nearly 9 weeks before she departed us forever. During this period, she was cared for 24/7 by such a dedicated group of people with the utmost respect, dignity, love and care, which goes above and beyond their duty. An equal level of respect was extended
to all the family and visitors any time of day, infectious smiles, made us feel most welcome. Their statement in reception "Our residents do not live in our workspace, we work in their home" are not only mere words on a wall, but a profound living example. Our experience made us feel as if they had adopted our mum, and our mum adopted them as her daughters. On behalf of all family members, I would like to sincerely thank so much all the staff and look upon them as angels in disguise. This has left a lovely experience in all of our hearts and we will tap into it to fill a big void.

My sister has been a resident in Neville Williams House for 19 months. Her comments on the carers who look after her are, "Nothing is too much trouble for them.", " They are always polite and say please and thank you", "They want to do all they can to help me".

cheerful, polite and helpful. I think they do a difficult job, and yet they have a caring and supportive attitude. They should be commended.

I have found the care home manager to be very helpful. Due to a financial error, we were being charged the wrong amount for Mum's 24-hour care. We had a series of meetings to rectify the shortfall and a helpful, considerate understanding was reached. I had complained that some of the food served seemed
like 'convenience' food. The manager took the trouble to show me that their food was made with fresh ingredients, even giving me a tour of their ambient fridge room.

My mother has been in Neville Williams House for 3 weeks now, she is very poorly and was transferred from hospital to this home.
I cannot praise them enough, as a nurse myself, I can be over-critical of healthcare, but the care they have provided is exceptional, they manage every aspect of care with
great care, respect and to a very high standard. The management of the home is excellent and the staff delivering the care are second to none.
As soon as she arrived she was allocated a named nurse, who has been really supportive to my brother and I and is really skilled at managing patients with end-stage dementia.
Both of my parents have been in a number of homes over the last few years, and my only regret is that we didn't find this home sooner.
