I've found the quality of care for my father is more of a high standard with this manger and care manager. Always ready to help, approachable, concerns are addressed immediately. The staff are great, nurses are hard working and knowledgeable and my dad is well looked after.

The care home is friendly and caring. My husband has been attending day care twice a week since November. He seems settled and happy there.
Everyone is so caring and look after him really well.
The care home organised a valentines lunchtime meal recently. It was lovely and the decorations looked
beautiful. Everyone at the home worked hard to make it a success and ensure everyone enjoyed it.
Reply from Amy Beasley, General Manager at Neville Williams HouseThankyou for your review we are really pleased your husband is enjoying our day care service and that you were able to participate in our recent valentines event. My wife went into the home some weeks ago (the most time we have been separated in 62 years of marriage). The carers in the home really do care and as I visit every day I feel very confident that I am leaving her in the best possible hands. As I usually stay during the lunchtime I cannot believe how
wonderful the meals are and how considerate everybody is in helping those who have difficulty in eating.
Reply from Amy Beasley, General Manager at Neville Williams HouseThankyou for your lovely review its wonderful to hear the positive experience you have had whilst visiting during a lunch time . My Mother was a resident at Neville Williams House from Oct 2024 until Feb 2026 when very sadly she passed away. Mom was on Bluebell dementia unit. She had a lovely room which overlooked the beautiful garden, which we often walked around together. Mom settled fairly quickly onto the unit and the
staff welcomed her and treated her with dignity and respect from the very first day she arrived. I was anxious and concerned about how mom would settle , however after the first few weeks mom settled really well and was cared for very well. As a family we visited regularly and we got to know all the staff who were kind and caring to her. Sadly she had a fall 3 weeks ago and was admitted to hospital. She had a very traumanitc time in hospital and we as a family chose for her to return to NW. The care she received in the last 3 weeks of her life was outstanding! All the staff treated her so well as if she was a member of there own family as well as supporting us. THANK YOU TO ALL
Reply from Amy Beasley, General Manager at Neville Williams HouseThankyou for your review we understand that end of life care is such a difficult period for yourselves as family members . The staff care really does come from the heart and we genuinely do care and you become part of the Neville Williams family. Thankyou for allowing us to be part of moms journey

My husband has been a resident for nearly 6 months now, I am so glad he is there as all of the staff are fantastic, they always have a smile & say hello, & he is so well looked after. After caring for him myself for 2 1/2 yrs on my own, I now feel more relaxed & back to being his wife &
not his carer. I can't recommend Anita Stone Court enough, everything about it is amazing. A big thank you to everyone there.
Reply from Carla Smith, General Manager at Anita Stone CourtThank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review.
As Manager, it is incredibly moving to hear you say that you feel like a wife again. That is exactly what we hope to achieve - giving families peace of mind so they can focus on simply being husband and wife, rather than carer and cared for.
Your kind words about our team mean a great deal to me. I am extremely proud of every member of staff, and I will make sure your lovely feedback is shared with them all. They work tirelessly to provide compassionate, dignified care, and it is wonderful to know that this is being felt and appreciated.
Thank you for trusting us with your husband's care. It is a privilege to support you both.
Kind Regards

After mum was looked after in her own home it was with difficulty that we decided the time had come that mum needed residential care. All our anxieties and worries have been addressed. Mum is so happy here and continually entertained and treated as family. We cannot thank the staff enough for the care
and love they show to mum.
Reply from Anthea Reid, Manager at Robert Harvey HouseThank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We understand how difficult the decision to move a loved one into residential care can be, so it truly means a great deal to know that we were able to ease your worries and support both you and your mum through this transition.
We are delighted to hear that your mum is happy, enjoying the activities, and feels part of our family - that is exactly the environment we strive to create every day. Your appreciation will be shared with the whole team, who are passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care.

My friend was in urgent need for a Nursing home and after researching online , speaking to the managers and then visiting the homes I felt 100% comfortable that Neville Williams was the best place .
From the first day the staff showed a full understanding of what was required to look after their new
" client ".
The rooms had everything that was needed to care , the facilities for health and wellbeing were excellent.
The complete staff team worked together to make my friends stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.. I cannot thank this team enough.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the whole team including the manager Anthea at the care home for the incredible support they gave me and my dad during a very stressful time. After he left intensive care, I struggled to find somewhere suitable where he could have his own room and the right
level of independence whilst still being well looked after. The staff here were so quick to help, fitting us in around their busy schedule and making everything as easy as possible.
The home is spacious, fully equipped, and offers plenty of freedom for residents and visitors, with different areas to relax beyond their rooms. My dad's room is generous, comfortable, and gives him the privacy and dignity he needs. The staff are always present, responsive, and genuinely caring, which has given me so much peace of mind.
I'm truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and support. They made a difficult transition so much easier, and I couldn't have asked for a better place for my dad!
Reply from Anthea Reid, Manager at Robert Harvey HouseThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly touched by your kind words and are delighted to hear that you and your dad felt supported during such a challenging time.
Our team, strives to provide care that balances independence, comfort, and dignity, and it means a great deal to know that this made a positive difference for your dad and your family. We are so glad that the facilities and the care provided helped make the transition easier and provided you with peace of mind.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the whole team-it will surely brighten their day. Thank you again for your trust and for choosing our home for your dad's care.

Dad moved to the wonderful secure dementia unit at Neville Williams house in early 2025, as a broken hip and his advancing dementia meant he needed more support. From the very first day on Bluebell Walk, he was treated with respect and dignity and made to feel like he belonged there - and we as a family
felt welcome. As I got to know the carers, I knew that he was in safe hands. They took the time to listen to us and to get to know how Dad liked to be treated and what was important to him. One carer told me "don't worry, we are his family now" - and that sums it up very well, it does feel like a big family!
Dad had 9 happy months there and clearly felt safe. Aided by the staff, he had a good daily routine, spending lots of time in the lovely bright communal area. Every single member of staff acted with care and compassion. Even in challenging situations, we witnessed only patience and dignified treatment. The end of life care was unbelievably compassionate. The team do an amazing job!
Reply from Amy Beasley, General Manager at Neville Williams HouseThankyou for taking time to review Neville Williams, it is wonderful to hear your feedback and that you felt dad was well cared for. All the staff which includes the Manager, Anthea, and the Admin staff Tia have been very supportive in providing information and advice to myself and also my father. The nursing and care staff are attentive and caring towards my mum's needs and always kind and respectful to my mum and family. The room
my mum is in is very peaceful and calming particularly in view of my mum's terminal illness.
The meals are always healthy, varied and clearly much care is taken to ensure variety in meal choices. There are also additional options if needed. The catering staff again are kind, caring and always helpful, this has greatly helped me whilst visiting my mother and also reassuring to know that my mum, whose appetite is good despite her health, is eating the meals at Robert Harvey House.
The ability to visit during the day has been extremely beneficial to my mum, as visitors including myself can visit during these flexible times.
Thank you to all the staff at Robert Harvey House for their care and kindness.

From the moment we looked round Neville Williams we knew he would be in good hands. When he needed more help in May 2025, the care home lived up to all our expectations. I visited every morning and my mother every afternoon and the carers, cleaners, cooks, activity staff, laundry service, maintenance
staff, managers etc have always had a smile on their faces and been kind and considerate to everyone. They would always stop to talk to him showing genuine interest in what he had to say. The carers and nursing care were phenomenal. The longevity of the carers at NW just goes to show what a lovely nursing home it is, or they'd leave! If my father had a medical issue, the nursing staff would contact the GP Practice, get a response the same day and start new medications straightaway when required. They always listened to our concerns and his end of life was as calm and dignified as anyone could wish for. He really was in the best place and that's Neville Williams. I thoroughly recommend it.

Our mum was only a resident of Robert Harvey House for just over 24 hours before she passed away. Despite that short period of time we were made to feel part of the Robert Harvey House family as soon as we set foot through the door. All the staff showed immense care and empathy which was not only directed
towards their residents but included all visiting friends and family. This is the second time that we have sent a member of our family to RHH and both times the care has been outstanding.

Dad has only been in Neville Williams for three weeks (previously in another care home for over 2 years where we never felt dad was really safe and cared for)
Since dads arrival at NW we can finally see the level of care we had always hoped he would receive. The difference is like night and day. We
finally feel he is in safe hands.
The home is spotless, feels really homely, and every single member of staff we have met is resident focussed. Residents aren't just left in their rooms or beds, they are up, clean, shaved etc and involved in what's going on, whether it's tea out in the garden or in the lounge with other residents with staff to hand. Staff are positively interacting with the residents, and it's so lovely to see. As a family we visit approx 3 times a week, and we've never found dad just left to his own devices, he's always involved somewhere.
Dad was discharged from hospital on end of life care, but the team have helped him improve massively. We are so happy to have found NW.
