Doveleigh Care Limited is delighted to announce a vacancy for a Residential Care Home Manager to join our award-winning and highly regarded residential care group.

Our mission has always been to create homes that are warm, friendly, and truly homely environments for our residents.

We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, compassionate, and flexible individual for this important role. Previous experience as a Care Home Manager is preferred, but we also warmly welcome applications from Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop your staff team.
• A strong commitment to uphold and champion the values and principles that guide exceptional care.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of all relevant regulations and legislation, including the CQC’s Fundamental Standards.
• Good administrative and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A dedication to promoting person-centred care, safeguarding vulnerable people while upholding their rights and freedoms.
• The ability to thoroughly assess needs and develop effective care practices to manage the home efficiently.
• The capacity to remain calm and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
• The ability to foster a positive and joyful atmosphere, even in challenging times, bringing laughter and happiness to those around you.
