Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD)? We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our outstanding Rosa Morison Day Centre in Barnet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a busy PMLD day centre, including hydrotherapy services
- Lead and develop a diverse team of support staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and care legislation
- Develop person-centred support plans and promote independence
- Oversee safeguarding, medication, and health and safety procedures
- Manage budgets, resources, and service development
