Every time I visit, my mum is beautifully presented in clean clothes, her room and bathroom are spotless, and she is always fresh, well cared for, and comfortable. It's the little things that stand out too - her clothes always smell lovely, and you can tell she is receiving excellent day-to-day care. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do.

Our only observation is that the information we received about her care and any needs was patchy at best, e.g., she was a chiropodist regularly, but we didn't know, and she would not remember. In general, the admin wasn't great, but the care was.

My friend now resides at Dell Field Court and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of it. The home is always clean, well run and it has such a friendly and welcoming feel to it. The staff are genuinely lovely to speak with , very approachable and personable, and you can tell they really care.

Jayram is fantastic! He's easy going but also very thorough and meticulous. He's always been accommodating, kind, and great at sorting out any issues quickly and calmly. It really gives peace of mind knowing the home is managed to such high standards and that my friend is so well looked after.

Overall, we're very grateful for the care home and their staff as they're doing an an amazing job!

Generally excellent

We are so happy with Meadowside. They have made our mother's transition from home so smooth. The staff interact all day with the residents and lots of activities throughout the week. Overall a very positive experience.

We have no anxieties about the care and treatment received at the home.

There continues, despite promises to the contrary, a glaring lack of Gujarati, or even Hindi speaking carers on the first floor where majority of residents speak / understand these languages. I have seen extremely caring and well meaning staff not able to speak these languages struggling to communicate with the residents through no fault of their own. They try and perhaps manage to achieve an acceptable level of responsiveness but it is not always ideal. Ironically a Gujarati speaking carer with years of experience is deployed on other floors. This makes no sense. She happens to be highly caring and understanding carer who would help address this gap on the first floor.

My husband came to Dell Field Court for respite he is now a full-time resident here. The staff and carers are all amazing. Caring and very patient. I am happy with the overall care given.

Dell Field Court has been nothing but helpful and caring to my father-in-law and to us as relatives. They helped us with the process of placing him into the care home and took a lot of stress away from us. Dell Field Court has been refurbished and is so fresh and clean. There are not too many residents so they get individual care as well as communal. I would recommend Dell Field Court to anyone looking for a safe and caring home for a relative.

The staff at Dell Field Court are wonderful. They work really hard to provide a safe and caring environment for my mother, who has dementia. The food is very good, the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Management is great and very approachable. There are activities for residents to keep them occupied, my mum's room is clean as is her bathroom. Thank you all!

Do not be taken in when you first go and visit the home, there are huge failings by both staff and management which they refuse to deal with.

Excellent service by the whole team. My father felt at home. All staff were brilliant and very helpful. I will be using them for any respite in future. This has given my family a good break and peace of mind.

We were welcomed with a great smile, the staff were nice and very professional. My friend is well looked after and there is brilliant interaction between staff and residents. The home is clean and beautiful. We spoke to the manager who is very professional and has a good relationship with the residents.

The best home in Finchley

I have visited my mother on five occasions this month for the first time. She has been a resident for some seven years and although my knowledge is limited I can only but describe all aspects of my mother's care as excellent in the light of her obvious responses to questions put.

The home is beautifully run. Excellent manager and staff. Everyone is most helpful and caring. The garden is lovely and soothing for a troubled mind.
