The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Floor Manager who’s passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and want to make a real impact, this could be your next move.

This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on leadership experience in a busy care home for older adults. You’ll be part of a team of over 80 staff, helping to shape care delivery and support a positive, person-centred culture.

You’ll:

  • Lead a team of Team Leaders and Care Workers
  • Be part of the duty manager rota
  • Drive high standards in care, compliance, and customer service
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Promote Meadowside and The Barnet Group within the local community

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experienced in residential or health care settings (2+ years)
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above)
  • A confident communicator and natural organiser
  • Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent
