Job summary
As a peripatetic manager, your main Responsibilities are to support the Operations Director in the management and support of all care homes within the Benslow care home group including on call. You will build strong working relationships with Senior managers within the Benslow Care Home group and with the home managers and MDT’s. You will promote a positive learning culture and promote a positive experience for residents, representatives and staff.
You will assume the role of Registered Home Manager where a vacancy arises and/or a registered manager is on leave and register as manager where the vacancy arises.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experienced home manager.
- RMA level 4 or equivalent
