About Us:
St John's Nursing Home is a well-established care home dedicated to providing high-quality nursing and residential care in a supportive, person-centered environment. We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Registered Staff Nurse to join our full-time team.

Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering clinical care and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met with dignity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans

• Monitor patient health and respond to changes in condition

• Lead and supervise care staff to ensure best practice and standards are upheld

• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration (PIN)

• Proven nursing experience, preferably in a care home or similar setting

• Fully flexible to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

• Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care

• Right to work in the UK – No sponsorship available
