Our in-house pamper salon offers relaxing and therapeutic services to enhance the well-being and quality of life for those in our care. We are looking for a warm, caring, and professional Pamper Salon Assistant to join our friendly team.

As a Pamper Salon Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our on-site salon, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for residents. Your main responsibility will be to provide gentle and enjoyable foot spa treatments that promote comfort, relaxation, and well-being. The role will be contractded for 32.50 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents warmly and assist them in accessing the salon.
• Provide personalised foot spa treatments in a safe, respectful, and relaxing manner.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support salon staff with any related preparation or aftercare needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, or similar qualification.
• Friendly, compassionate, and attentive nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a care home setting with sensitivity and respect.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
