I am very grateful for the way they look after him and for the kindness and compassion they show every day. The staff are truly amazing - kind, caring, respectful, and always willing to help. One thing I have noticed is that they always seem to have a smile on their faces. They treat the people in their care with genuine warmth and compassion, and they speak to everyone with respect and honesty. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my brother is being looked after by such caring and dedicated people. No dependents/family to care for him, so this was an excellent alternative. Staff are so caring - he can be a grumpy patient! There is no alternative - he has to have 24-hour care and we can't provide it. Free parking is a bonus too!

The care home is well managed. The staff are courteous and friendly. A little more communication regarding timetables and schedules of activities and changes to programmes of care would help in making care giving better. It would help friends and family to schedule visits accordingly.
