The care home is well managed. The staff are courteous and friendly. A little more communication regarding timetables and schedules of activities and changes to programmes of care would help in making care giving better. It would help friends and family to schedule visits accordingly.

My mum is currently a patient here and the way the nurses treat her in icredible. I can see how much they really care about her and their job. I could not be anymore greatful for Bianca, Agnes, Rose, Shantel and Priyanka who looked after my mum majority of the time and do an amazing job of it.

My mum has been in Victoria Care Centre since 2020. She is happy, well cared for, safe, warm + well fed. She loves the staff + joins in many activities. I could not be happier with the 5 star care she receives. The staff always have time to speak to me. I cannot praise all the staff enough. Excellent

Since we accommadated Victoria Care Centre, we have good time and help Victoria Care Centre is the best centre I have seen. It has good facilates, staff are fantastic, always ready to help us. Whatever we asked them, they do for us. So we became family.

I feel Rasila is very well cared for. The centre is a very safe & caring environment. I believe Rasila is very happy at the centre. The team provides excellent service and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. The team is wonderful and always keep me updated on Rasila's care.

Our mother, Sana, has been at Victoria Care Centre for exactly three years this month, and her care here has been excellent all through. The staff are very supportive and always happy to discuss her complex care and problem solve proactively when problems arise. Staff are always friendly to her and
to us, greeting us by name. A big shout out from us to all the staff on the fourth floor, the laundry, the physios and everyone else.
