I feel Rasila is very well cared for. The centre is a very safe & caring environment. I believe Rasila is very happy at the centre. The team provides excellent service and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. The team is wonderful and always keep me updated on Rasila's care.

Mum is more alert and happier here, she has settled in so well. She looks bright and is very alert. It's such a relief to see her comfortable and well cared for.

Our mother, Sana, has been at Victoria Care Centre for exactly three years this month, and her care here has been excellent all through. The staff are very supportive and always happy to discuss her complex care and problem solve proactively when problems arise. Staff are always friendly to her and
to us, greeting us by name. A big shout out from us to all the staff on the fourth floor, the laundry, the physios and everyone else.

I am living at VCC for over 3 years and my overall experience with everything from care/support/facilities have been the most amazing one. Everyone here are very helpful, homely and I am very happy to be a resident here. VCC has the best people who makes everything much better. Thank you.

My name is Pratu. I am here at Victoria Care Centre for about more and more than one year. I feel so relaxed and happy here. Staff members are very kind and friendly. The care and support in Victoria Care Centre is very respectful. The service is standard.

I am very happy for have my friend here for 7 years, and he always well look after. The nurses, cares are kind and head to listen to me and try to improve the service when I need to talk to them and my friend likes to be here. If you need to contact me please don't hesitated to do so.

I live in Creasnt at the Victoria Care Centre snice 21/10/21. The experance so far is good with care and dpport. Staff sevices and activits I enjoy actvities at this home cards doninoes scabble.

I have been at Victoria Care Centre sin 2020 the accomodation is very nice my broom is comfortable. Here is a wide range of actioviaties I spe outing avalabre I like I love to bspend my time at bistro and actvities bteam r nice. I feel safe here.
