My brother was brought in here and was using the service for more than 2 years now. He was treated good and cared for a lot. They keep the family informed about the minute details regarding the service user and are available all the time. My brother is on the fourth floor and is taken care of by the team. I am very relaxed about my brother as he is being taken care of by Victoria Care Centre. They also make video calls if I am not able to visit him in person. My brother's condition is improving. I am happy and thankful for the advice they provide.

Since my husband was diagnosed in 2021, he was cared for at home by me, but as his condition worsened he needed 24-hour professional care and had to be moved to a care home. The first time I visited Victoria Care Centre I knew this was where I wanted my husband to be, I am so glad I did not take him elsewhere. From day one the staff from reception, nurses, carers, cleaners and laundry staff have been amazing. The level of care for residents and hygiene is excellent. I highly recommend Victoria Care Centre for loved ones who need a care home. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Victoria Care Centre not only for my husband but also for us as a family for their professionalism, compassion and kindness.

The management is excellent and so helpful. The nurses and carers are like my family members. The care home is very clean and hygienic. The lounge and dining area look like a 5-star hotel. The care home provides special diet food and the quality of food is very hygienic and tasty. I feel like my own home here. I am so glad that I am living. Such a friendly, lovely and safe environment at Victoria Care Centre. The care I get is so extraordinary. Thank you to management, nurses, carers and all staff.

Keep up the good work.
My mum has been here for two years after caring for her at home for eight years prior to the pandemic. I feel she is happy and secure here. My mother's complex needs are met by the lovely staff on her floor. No requests are too much when it comes to her care. As soon as something doesn't look right, I am notified and interventions are made so her condition doesn't worsen. I am used to providing care myself, so I am happy that this is a great substitute.
The resident was treated with great dignity and care throughout his time at Victoria Care Centre. We could not have asked for a better level of care. We would gladly recommend Victoria Care Centre to other families. We were very comfortable leaving him in Victoria Care Centre's care.
We are very happy with the level of care that my dad is receiving. I find all the staff very polite and helpful.
It is always difficult to leave someone you care for in the hands of others. My experience here leads me to not have any concerns. I have always found the team on the third floor to be friendly, responsive to my concerns and caring in what is a particularly difficult health environment. I love also the other staff i.e entertainment, reception and maintenance and found them to be very caring, welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommend Victoria Care Home, for its attention and friendliness to all the residents.
Dear Richard, many thanks for your encouraging feedback. we will continue to deliver the best care with your ongoing support.
