Holbrook Hall is a residential care home for the elderly, offering exceptional, professional care. Located just outside Derby amidst the scenic Derbyshire countryside, the home is a charming William and Mary-style country house set within 4 acres of landscaped lawns, woodland, fruit trees, and rose gardens. Our goal is to support our residents with as much choice and independence as possible, while honouring their unique identities and providing care in the least restrictive way.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our outstanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and motivating a team of committed care assistants during night shifts
• Supporting and training new staff members
• Promoting a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents
• Contributing to care planning and regular reviews
• Administering medication in line with current guidelines
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support

We are looking for someone with relevant care experience and Health and Social Care qualifications, who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for supporting others.

This position is for 36 hours but the option of overtime which is flexible to your lifestyle and needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Belper, DE56 0TF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• providing care: 2 years (preferred)
• supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
