Salary: £12.21 per hour

About the Role
This is a combined role working across care, domestic, and kitchen duties. You will primarily support residents with personal care and daily living, but you will also be required to carry out cleaning duties and assist in the kitchen when needed.

The role averages 30-36 hours per week. Flexibility is essential, as your duties will vary depending on the needs of the home.

Rotas are prepared and issued at least two weeks in advance, so you will always know your working schedule ahead of time.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes.
• Carry out domestic cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and infection control standards.
• Assist in the kitchen when required, including food preparation, cooking, washing up, and serving meals. 
• Work collaboratively with the care, domestic, and kitchen team to ensure smooth running of the home.
• Follow all health & safety, safeguarding, and food hygiene policies.

• Experience in care, cleaning, or catering would be advantageous.
