Job summary
At RMBI Care Co., we are seeking a Facilities Manager who leads with confidence, brings hands-on expertise and upholds the highest standards. You will ensure that our buildings, equipment and grounds are impeccably maintained, consistently meeting all compliance, safety and environmental requirements to create a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.
You will oversee all aspects of facilities management, from planned preventative maintenance to emergency repairs. You will manage budgets, contractors and compliance checks, ensuring everything is completed on time and to standard. Your leadership will keep our home safe, comfortable and fully operational, directly enhancing the daily life of residents and staff.
