Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Tendring Care Home LTD. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting the care team, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of all residents in our care home.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily care activities for residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to address any concerns or issues promptly
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans for each resident
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering compassionate and respectful care to residents
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health status and care interventions

Skills:
- Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining electronic health records
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Experience in senior care or working in a care home setting is highly desirable
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members effectively
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents
