Night Carer Wanted – Part of a Caring Catholic Community
Location: Montana Care Home
Hours: 3 to 4 nights
Salary: To be discussed

  • Is friendly, reliable and enjoys working around older adults

  • Can work independently with a good eye for detail

We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Worker to care for the residents of our Catholic care home and to maintain a consistently high standard. Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

The Night Carer Role Summary

  • To provide a high standard of resident care in the home at night and undertake certain domestic duties which can be performed during night hours.

  • To assist day staff in helping prepare residents for bed as required.

  • To provide a high standard of care overnight, including hygiene, continence, mobility, dressing and general care.

  • To assist residents with eating and drinking as required.

  • To answer promptly all alarm calls and seek further assistance if necessary.

  • To receive and act upon instructions regarding specific tasks to be carried out during the night.

  • To carry out regular checks on residents throughout the night
