Job summary
Want to work for a reputable care organisation who strives on putting the residents first. Look no further! We are a large but friendly nursing home set next to the ruins of Netley Abbey and are currently recruiting Care Assistants to work on a variety of shifts throughout the week with alternate weekends.
Don't have any experience? We are fine with this, we have our own in house trainers who provide you with all the necessary training to ensure you are ready to tackle the role.
What does the job look like:
- Assist in the delivery of an excellent standard of person centered care to residents who use our service with the support and guidance of the senior nursing care team.
- Assist in completing all necessary documentation for the residents that you care for.
- Check residents on a regular basis and report any concerns to the person in charge.
- Assist residents to eat and drink with the serving of food and drink and completing necessary charts.
- Enable service users to access and use toilet facilities based on their preferences and level of need.
- Enable residents to maintain there personal hygiene and appearance with the level of support provided dependent on their need and preferences
