dynamic and experienced Home Manager to lead our
dedicated team.
The Role:
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall
day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring the highest quality of care
for our residents. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of
skilled professionals while maintaining full regulatory compliance and
fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the clinical and operational management of the nursing home

Ensure all care meets CQC standards and exceeds best practice guidelines

Lead and develop the care team through effective management and training

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies

Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement

Skills / Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
