We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to lead our dedicated team.

The Role:
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of skilled professionals while maintaining full regulatory compliance and fostering a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical and operational management of the nursing home

  • Ensure all care meets CQC standards and exceeds best practice guidelines

  • Lead and develop the care team through effective management and training

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies

  • Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar care setting (essential)

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
