Earlsferry House is set in a stunning location in the coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 26 residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of others. At Earlsferry House, you won’t just provide care; you’ll be part of a vibrant community where residents can thrive. You will deliver clinical excellence while supporting dignity, independence, and well-being. You’ll also be a leader, mentor, and advocate for residents and colleagues alike.

What We Offer

• £19.76 per hour
• 45 hours per week (4 x 11.25-hour shifts – mix of days and nights)
• Pension, Paid PVG
• Uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
You will craft personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will ensure accurate documentation, lead your team confidently, and oversee shift handovers to maintain continuity of care. Monitoring health, administering medications safely, and responding to emergencies will be part of your daily routine. You will foster strong relationships, promote independence, encourage social engagement, and maintain a safe, secure environment. Your role will support residents’ nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being while championing dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

About You
You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN. While experience in care homes is beneficial, your passion for care and commitment to enhancing residents’ lives are what truly matter. You connect naturally with residents, families, and colleagues, bringing warmth, patience, and empathy to every interaction. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to guide your team and liaise effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
