Having dementai has not been made an issue. it has been addressed and dealt with, with love, care & support from the staff. People should all realise the pressure these

I have been visiting a minimum of three days a week for almost three years. There is an overwhelming feeling of genuine love and care from all staff. My sister is well cared for. I too am welcomed when I visit. The manager is very enthusiastic and very keen to really make it a home from home and she
does that very well. I have no complaints whatsoever only heartfelt appreciation for the loving care shown to my sister and all the residents.

Buchanan House has been amazing for my mum with advanced dementia. We kept mum at home as long as we could and when we couldn't do it anymore, Buchanan House was there for us. My mum is no longer verbal or mobile but is comfortable and clean and as happy as she can be. Our family couldn't be happier
with the care they provide and the kindness of the staff is unmatched. We are just so appreciative.

I have reviewed Hallhouse previously for my mum, but this time I wish to review for my husband who had a respite stay a few months ago.
The care he received was excellent, he found all staff friendly, approachable and helpful. He was well fed and got plenty of tea to drink which really pleased him.
He
is a very quiet person and doesn't like to mix much, but he was asked everyday if he would like to participate in the daily activities, he was happy with the staff from care assistants , nurses, laundry and housekeeping always stopping in for a few moments when they were passing his room checking in that he fine.
I would not hesitate to have him in Hallhouse for respite in the future...x

Staff/management polite and informative. My wife always appears clean & tidy and her living area much the same. There are plenty of activities if she wants, unfortunately my wife has had a few falls while walking corridors and was quickly attended by doctor & paramedics at the time. Additional safety
pressure mats were placed in room to alert when she was out of bed to be monitored.

My dad receives excellent care in Hallhouse. I am very happy with his placement in this care facility. The staff are excellent. Friendly, approachable, attentive and supportive. I can't praise everyone enough. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic level of care from a truly dedicated staff team who go over and above to ensure my mother is thriving. Very reassuring to know my mum is so well cared for 24/7. The daily activities are stimulating and a lot of effort goes in to ensuring a wide and interesting range of things to do is offered.

All staff in the care home are very friendly and helpful. My mum is looked after well and cared for - something which is important to me. There are excellent activities inside and outside of the home. I would definitely recommend Hallhouse.

Thank you for having my mum in your wonderful home. At a later age we can get challenging and my mum is no exception. . That being said the manager is a good listener and with anything will help as needed, two members of staff on the main living floor always nice and friendly, happy yo get you a coffee.
The staff on level 2 really try, my mum resides here, to mention a few stars. Not to forget two other members of staff who keep the fun times happening. if I have missed anyone, I'm trying.
Thank you all for keeping my mum safe, well fed, and happy.

My mother was a resident of Roselea Court Care Home, Stirling, until she passed away in July after spending 3 years being extremely well looked after. The wonderful staff, from all parts of the team, treated her with such care and affection throughout her stay, and she was treated with much compassion
and love towards the end of her life. I will be eternally grateful for the support that mum and my family received throughout her stay.

I really could not be happier with the care my relatives receive at Maryfield West. They are cared for, respected, involved and are safe. The staff are all lovely, helpful and engaging. The facilities are great, the rooms are very lovely and they are all clean and well looked after. There is a great
range of activities for residents, and opportunities for friends/relatives to be involved also, which is fabulous. The care home is also well managed and relatives are kept well informed. Overall I am very happy with my and my relative's experience with Maryfield West.

We came to visit our dear friend who had moved into Maryfield West a week ago. She was in very good spirits, and although she can no longer live alone, she seemed very settled. The staff were attentive, finding a quiet place for us to chat and providing hot drinks. We spoke with the activities coordinator,
who told us our friend had immediately taken part in a keep fit session as if she had been there for weeks. We spoke with her for quite a long time as she was keen to find out more about our friend and her interests.
