The care my mum receives is top-notch. They attend to her every need with such professionalism and kindness, which has made a huge difference in her quality of life. I'm also really impressed with the improvements happening around the home. The building is being refreshed, with modern upgrades that make the environment even more welcoming and comfortable. It's reassuring to know that Meadowvale is committed to providing the best possible living conditions. It's a relief to have found a place where my mum feels at home and well taken care of.

and what they were doing to help. When the time came, the staff were so caring, they monitored her closely and did everything they could to reduce her suffering. I feel like the staff made real and meaningful personal connections with my gran and they made her last year as enjoyable as possible.

All the team members who I have met are lovely and I feel my Dad is in safe hands. His mood is so much better now and at the end of the day, it’s what’s best for him.

We are going away for a break and the team have assured me that if there is a problem they will contact me. The family are just so pleased that she will have care twenty-four hours a day, and we can relax knowing that she is safe and cared for.

With the support of the brilliant staff, he has settled so well and loves the food - high praise indeed! Communication from the team is excellent. They took time with him to get to know what he liked - even to how he liked his cup of tea. They are a credit to this care home.
