Night care assistant

Job summary

We are looking for a carer to join our team at Chrissian Residential Home Ltd looking after 22 Elderly service users which various care needs including Dementia.

We are a family run care home, we have a very friendly and welcoming staff team - some of which have worked for us more than a decade

We have a position for Nights. Which are 11 hours long on each

This is for full time contract 3 nights per week with alternative weekends ( we are happy to discuss overtime or a part time contract for the perfect candidate if 3 nights are not suitable ) - our shift times are as follows:

Night shift - 9pm - 8am

The ideal candidate can be experienced within the job role or someone looking for a new carer as all training is provided. We provide face to face training as well as elearning.

Alternative weekends is essential, or if you are looking to work more weekends we can accommodate this too.

You will need to be organised and friendly with a compassionate and can do attitude

You will need to be able to work as part of a team but also on you own.

You will provide daily care including personal care to all residents residing and medication once fully trained.

We use a handheld phone type system to log all care and notes

PPE is fully provided at all times as well as twice weekly testing of LFDS

A full DBS check and references will need to be completed.
